What great people!!! They got my dress done sooner than they said so was very happy with that. Owner is friendly and polite, BUT he charged $75.00 to clean my down comforter! The cleaning was mediocre at best. The down was no longer fluffy so I had to re-launder and dry it appropriately to bring it back to original condition. I was not satisfied with this experience, and feel the $75.00 fee should have provided me a nicely laundered comforter, which I did not receive. I will not be returning to Resciniti's Cleaners in the future. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was not a good experience. Maybe this post will alert others so they aren't taken by surprise like I was. I never dreamed they would charge $75.00. Never again!

I dropped off clothes for dry cleaning on Tuesday and was told I could pick them up Saturday.  I let them know I was leaving for a business trip Sunday.  Mid day Saturday, my clothes were not ready and they asked me to come back Monday. I made a fuss about it because I need these clothes for my trip.   They reluctantly agreed to have them ready later that day.  They asked me to come back 3 hours later, which I did, and I had to wait 10 minutes for my clothes to be finished.  There was no apology, excuse, or explanation for not delivering the service as agreed upon.

I hate to write negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to wind up without clothes for a business trip like I would have if I had come to pick my clothes up a little later today.

I have been to many different dry cleaners in the Southern Tier. Village Valet is by far the best around! I have brought in some items where I have thought, “there is no way they will get this stain out.” They ALWAYS do! Not only that, but this is a family owned and operated business and they are the nicest people. I plan to go to Village Valet for years to come. Highly recommend!

Excellent and honest cleaners. They were able to remove 15 year old cat urine from my leather and fur Shearling. Now it's like new again! (1st pic is a before, 2nd is the after).

I’ve been a loyal customer at this laundromat for several years. Still, my most recent experience was so incredibly frustrating and upsetting that I feel compelled to share it with others. On this particular evening, I arrived at the laundromat at 10:05 PM, well within the newly posted hours that the last wash would be accepted until 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10:05 and immediately started my wash, which aligned with the facility’s stated hours.
As I was loading my laundry, the owner unexpectedly instructed me—via the surveillance camera—to hurry up and start my machines. I complied immediately, as I’ve always respected the laundromat's rules. However, things took a turn for the worse shortly afterward.
While my clothes were still washing, a gentleman approached my car window and informed me that the owner had given strict instructions to lock the doors at 11 PM, regardless of whether customers were finished with their laundry or not. I explained that my clothes were still in the washer and that I still needed to dry them afterward. Despite my explanation, the situation escalated further.
As I was finishing up the washing, the owner began yelling at me through the surveillance camera, demanding that I remove my clothes from the washer immediately and leave the premises. I told him that I was not leaving with wet clothes, especially since I had children's garments in the load, but the owner continued to shout and insist that I had to leave, without any regard for my situation. Even threaten to turn off the light off on me, which he did.
At this point, I felt completely disrespected and mistreated. I was left in a darkened laundromat with my clothes still not fully dried, and I was told I would no longer be allowed to return to the facility. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’m truly shocked that the owner would treat a long-time, loyal customer in such a way.
I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this incident, as I believe my rights as a customer were violated and I was subjected to completely unwarranted and discriminatory treatment. No one should have to endure this kind of behavior, especially when simply trying to finish their laundry. I strongly advise others to think twice before using this laundromat, as this experience has left me with no confidence in their customer service or professionalism.

The folks here are always extremely kind and patient, they go above and beyond to communicate, the prices are absolutely fair, the cleaning job they do is flawless, and their turnaround time is impressive. I've saved so much money and time by switching to this place and I always leave with a smile. Thank you!!!

Great service, they have awesome prices for Dry Cleaning. The service is always respectful and kind when I bring in Dry Cleaning. Their turn around time is always quick. I have been to other places in Endwell and they are rude, only take cash, and the place smells like cigarettes. The only complain I have is their doorbell is super sensitive and always going off lol. But it’s worth it for the quality and value of their work.

I appreciate a 24 hour laundry service, not so much people taking your clothes from the dryer between midnight & 6 am. When I called they said they don’t have cameras. I’ll file a police report but doubtful anything will be done. Stay with your clothes or choose another facility. It’s unfortunate because after months of service this is my first problem

Looks like it wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned.
Should’ve looked into the reviews because there was still dog hair and car salt stains from cleaning off my truck. Smells no different as well. Feels like I’ve been swindled.
Steer clear if you don’t wanna waste time or money. It’s a shame because a very nice lady talked to me regarding leather maintenance and that was the best experience of my transaction. Too bad it will be the last.

Went in there to bring my coats and designer bag to get cleaned. They don’t clean coats or fix zippers. The girl at the front asked was my bag real in front of another customer. I said of course it’s real , why ask that ? I’m fine with never coming here if people that like work there. White guy standing behind me got a card for the seamstress that wasn’t there ; she didn’t bother to give me one. ( I’m a brown woman by the way )
I really hate Broome county. The customer was nice enough to give me the card when I was sitting in my car. I just threw it out because they wasn’t getting my business.

The information in the Google search is incorrect.  The Bates Troy dry cleaning store at 177 Main Street does NOT close at 2:30PM.  It closes at 6PM on weekdays.

The reception is friendly and so good but the cleaning isn't well done. I sent a jacket for cleaning but it still has the same spots.

THIS IS THE WORST OF THE WORST THEY GAVE MY CLOTHS TO SOMEONE ELSE !!!
Then when I went to pick up what they still had of mine it was cut I am in the process of  suing this business do not take your cloths here !!!
