My wife and I both had our wedding dresses cleaned and preserved here. They did a beautiful job, they were done in just a few days, and it was only $320 each. Highly recommend!

I took a pair of very expensive hand crafted Magnanni dress shoes to Clothing Care to have a heel replaced that was lost attending the Kentucky Derby a few years back. The work was excellent. I think they are better than they were new. Their artisans did an exemplary job and I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Overpriced alterations and couldn’t meet their own deadline. We told two shirts requiring taking in would be complete within one week. I called on day 7 to ask if they were ready, and I was told they hadn’t been started but would definitely be finished the next day (Friday, day 8). Called around 1pm when I didn’t receive an update to ask if they were ready. I was told one shirt was complete and the other was “opened up” and being worked on. I reinforced I need the shirt for an event that night and had been told it would be completed that day. I confirmed it would be completed no later than 4pm. I called back at 4:30pm after receiving no updates, and I was told the shirts were finished but they wouldn’t be available to be picked up until the next Monday because they hadn’t been pressed. I said I needed the shirts and had to decline the pressing. For the trouble, I received a measly 10% discount and when I went to iron the shirt before wearing it that night, it was completely covered inside and out in loose threads. Will never be back to this place.

I took two pieces of clothing to be cleaned. They were done very nicely. I removed the plastic wrap from them when I got home and the cleaning fluid was so pungent. I aired out both pieces of clothing and still the stench remained. I called the store and I was told that they would reclean the items for me free of charge. I was very Happy because I don't like my clothing  smelling like chemicals. They cleaned it again and the sense was still there but not as strong. I aired out the clothing for a couple of weeks and still was unable to wear them because of the stench. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the individual that I spoke to told me that he would take care of the situation. He advised me that he would send me a check in the mail for the amount of money that I paid for the cleaning. That was before Christmas. As of yet I am still waiting for my refund check. I am only writing this review so that this does not happen to anyone else. This is not good business. A good business must be honorable and do a good job with the services that they offer. This experience was definitely not worth a one-star rating.

I brought clothing care an unusual repair, it was this hardshell guitar case which works as a shoulder carry bag. I don't think I have a before photo but this is after they fixed it it was something I thought I was going to have to throw away!  The zipper and inside fabric was ripped out.I bought it from a music store which is no longer in business and I don't think it could have been replaced exactly the way it was. 5 Stars!!

My Google search led me a Martinizing cleaners on N Hamilton Rd., Gahanna. Their reviews we great! My experience was the same! My phone call prior to arrival was friendly,  warm and willing to accommodate my short term request. My clothing looked great! Well done and thanks for your outstanding service!!

I would give them  zero stars if that was an option! They are deceitful with their pricing.  I will not patronize them again and encourage  others not too as well. I dropped my stuff off. A list of 10 items. I had called about a specific thing I wanted done to an item of mine. I dropped all of my things off and then I went back to pick them up. It was more than I was expecting. Not due to the amount of items but the expense of said items. I had brought in pearl snap shirts along with normal button downs. I was failed to be told the pearl snaps would be almost double the price of the regular button downs. The other thing was my jeans. I haven’t had a pair of my jeans starched before. But that’s what I had called about asking if it can be done and I was told it could. And when I dropped off I asked for them to be cleaned and starched. I pick them up. They’re clean but not starched. Starching jeans has a very unique feel and look to add to the jeans. Just based on the feel of the jeans I could tell it was not done.

The worst customer service in the world! I took sequined dresses for dry cleaning. I need stains out and this is what I paid $71.55 for and was forced to pay or my “items would be kept”. She said the item CAN NOT be dry cleaned although that’s what it was taken there for. Don’t use this business. They don’t know what dry cleaning is. I wouldn't give this cleaners even one star as the unprofessionalism and customer service is not worthy of rating.  He gets one star only because you have to select at least one star in order to submit review.
My very first visit/new customer, no acknowledgement even after I had spoke and advised this was my first visit and that I was recommended by some good friends. I started to advise how I want my clothes on separate slips and before I could finish, he stated "you must pay for everything in full" and I stated "I don’t see a sign stating that."  He said he just started doing this because so many clothes are not picked up.  I told him I live an hour and fifteen minutes away and I wasn’t going to prepay for my order.  I wouldn't leave my extremely nice clothes with a cleaners and not pick them back up.  While picking up my items and walking out, he said to his employee (young male with Afro and glasses) “and that’s how you do it!”

This is my first bad review but I felt that it was necessary to let others know. The owner was completely rude to me and had poor customer service. I’ve noticed other reviews with similar statements. I've never wrote a review on a business before but felt compelled to do so on this one. I decided to use this place to clean my comforter because it was about $10 cheaper than my usual place. Well, you get what you pay for. I should have spent the extra money. This place is a joke. I picked up my comforter and that night, while in bed, I noticed it still smelled dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned but I could tell they did something because my comforter was still quite wrinkly, which the women told me would be steam pressed out. So the next morning I called and the owner happened to answer the phone and I asked him if they used detergent when they washed my comforter and he said 'no' and that they do not use detergent but use some kind of spray and that's it. And he's been doing it that way for 20 years and never had any complaints. He had horrible customer service and gave me attitude. The place looked like a bomb exploded when I walked in which gave me a bad feeling about the place and I should've went with my gut feeling. I'd take your dry cleaning cleaning needs elsewhere!
