I brought in two pairs of pants with oil stains that I had already run through the washer. I didn't catch his name but the gentleman helping me said they would try their best to get the stains out, thought my washing of the pants might've set the stains deeper. I didn't know that but long story short, they got the stains out! My pants look brand new. I'm very pleased and will be coming back. Thank you!

The man who owns the shop cleaned multiple pink splotches of lip gloss out of my light gray moose knuckle coat. I wish I took before pictures because it looked absolutely insane and I thought it was the end. Luckily it wasn’t. My coat looks great if you’re looking for a top notch cleaners this is the spot.

My new go-to cleaners. Jimmy is extremely professional and hands on with all of his clients. I’ve brought designer items, weighted sheets, and work clothes that have been meticulously cleaned the best I’ve ever seen In the past. There’s also seamstress and alteration services provided if necessary. The pricing is very affordable, so do yourselves a favor and support this fantastic business!

They did a great job with my wool coat that needed cleaning and repairs. It came back looking brand new- you can't even tell where the repairs were done. No chemical smell at all, and the price was very resonable.

What an absolutely disgusting staff. I came in at 7:00 in the morning to make sure my suit was ready the same day. The guy seemed nice, but as soon as I specified what time I want ready for, he blew up on me saying that I banged my hand on the counter the wrong way. He kept on screaming at me and then showed me how in some areas they would pull a gun at me, as he showed the motion of pulling out a gun. That is not how you treat customers, and I'm absolutely disgusted. I'm only 18 years old, can you treated me like an absolute trash can.

Laundry  workers in the evening  are rude unhelpful .they are charging for plastic bags 50 cents. So please bring your own. New dryers cost more and they don't even. Dry clothes good. I had to pay $5for small amt of clothes. I know prices are  going  up but this mgmt here has fell off really bad. So Good luck to those who like wasting $ with rude ppl

I’ve been coming here for the past year because it was clean and reasonably priced. However, after getting new machines, the prices have tripled and the quality is poor. There’s barely any water, I had to wash my clothes three times for the soap to dissolve. The dryer is now $2.25 for just 24 minutes. This is ridiculously overpriced, and I won’t be coming back. It cost me a total of $76.00 to wash 3 loads and dry them. When it used to cost me $30.

Laundry costs are increasing far too often.
They raise the prices for no reason, then they raise them again because they replaced the machines... It's really annoying.

Almost all of big the big machines are meesed up. So you have to use the little ones and spend more money.
The machines dont run the time they supposed to. Is 35 min and it only runs 25min.i noticed cuz it says 10min remaining and suddenly stopped in 2 min. So they stealing your money. Dryers are rusted in the back so is very toxic if you have kids clothes.
Always packed cuz a lot of machines are not working. The employees dont keep the place clean. The times that i came were very dirty.
The staff is very rude!.Super rude!!!. They dont care at all...
Also wanna add that is not 24hr place. Because when you come after 8pm. Theres no machine available because they use it all for drop off. So if you come after 8pm you wont be able to use any. Please see pictures that has a paper tag is for drop off customers only and they don't let you use the machines!!!.

I was really excited about this new renovated laundromat – new washers and dryers, machines looks clean and modern now. Visually, it’s a huge improvement and feels much nicer to be in.
Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.
In the last few months (Summer 2025, if I'm not wrong) they already raised prices once, and with this renovation they’ve jacked them up AGAIN. On top of that:
The wash cycles are noticeably shorter than before (MORE money, LESS cleaning time)
The dryers barely get hot like before – clothes come out damp unless you run multiple expensive cycles (add time), this never happened before with the older dryers.
So even though machines look shiny and new, you’re actually getting less for significantly more money. If they had kept the old reliable machines and just cleaned the place up, I’d be happier than this “upgrade.” As it stands, I’ll be taking my laundry (and my money) elsewhere until they fix the dryer heat and bring the value back in line with the prices they’re now charging.
Disappointing renovation. Looks great, works worse.

Good, clean, large Laundromat with a parking lot. Opens 24 hours is also a plus.
Just one thing needs improvement, which is Dryers' door. They're loose and open by itself during drying cycle. Please fix it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

United Laundry Cleaner

Very rude to their longtime customers and takes absolutely no accountability for their mistakes. Do not support this place, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of skilled and respectful tailors in Queens who actually value their clients.

The guy there (with glasses) has no idea of what customer service is. I took my clothes there a couple of times, and when I go to pick them up, he gets angry because I want to try them on to see if the alterations I requested are well done,  and he doesn't want me to try my clothes.  Last time, I asked for 3 alterations in a pair of pants. They didn't do one of the alterations, and he got angry, saying that I never requested it,  but he charged me for it anyway and told me, "Don't come back." Very rude person! Now I would rather commute and leave my clothes somewhere else.

I was satisfied with the work and the owner is extremely nice. My only issue is the sign in the door says they close at 7:30PM, and the Google app says they close at 7:00PM. They actually close at 6:00PM. So be aware of that if you need to pick up your clothes.

They're more expensive than other cleaners in the area but not appreciably better (some of their paraphernalia claims that they're eco-friendly, but it's not clear what that means). They seem to think it's OK to staple through the fabric of your clothes to attach their tags. They're no good at cleaning dress shirts.

I brought my clothes couple times here and they are not cleaning them, more like they bought one of those cheap dry cleaners on Amazon and using them for your clothes that you are bringing to them.
Highly not recommending them!
