Please avoid this location. The staff member was very unprofessional and used inappropriate language toward me. When I inquired about the pricing for hemming my pants, he responded discourteously, suggesting I go to a Chinese laundry for a lower price. I politely declined and clarified my request. In response, he used offensive language and approached me closely, which made me uncomfortable. I chose not to escalate the situation and left the store.

For your own experience, be aware that communication may be difficult due to language barriers, and the staff's attitude was notably unprofessional. While everyone can have difficult days, such behavior toward customers is unacceptable.

I started going to this dry cleaner in the summer of 2023 and I'm extremely impressed with the quality, cost, and customer service.

I've brought hats, shirts, sneakers, seat covers, etc with oil, blood, dirt, grass, sauce on them and they've made these items look brand new!

The prices are reasonable especially for the quality.
The staff keeps to themselves but are friendly and the owner(s) are extremely friendly and reasonable, as well.

Their standard turnaround time may be a little too slow for most people so if you need something by a specific day, I definitely suggest that you let them know.

They accept Apple Pay (which is a plus for people, like me, who are on the go) and delivery.

I love it! My clothes always come back in good condition- every time. I had a party to go to and they told me not to worry that they do same day dry cleaning ~ no problem. They have a lot of workers, parking, and the place is clean in comparison to other dry cleaners I seen.

They messed up on the first shirt I gave them. It was an expensive shirt my aunt had gifted me from London with expensive jade cuff links. When the guy inspected the shirt before taking it, he didn't tell me to remove the cuff links and it was my first time dry cleaning so I didn't know better. I went back right after getting it back and I noticed it was missing and they were so rude to me. The guy who took my shirt avoided talking to me and the women told me it's not her problem. When I told them I would not be going back there and the lady said "good, I don't care," exactly. They didn't even apologize for misplacing it. They have no respect for their customers at all.

Horrible dry cleaners at far too high of a price. Dropped off four shirts to be dry cleaned, and all they did was press the shirts on a machine. The collars of each shirt are full of wrinkles where the machine had issues but a quick pass of an iron would fix the issue. The worst part is one of the shirts still had a couple drink stains on them. OK, not all stains come out, but a quick dab of water and they came right off. THEY COULDN"T EVEN DRY CLEAN THE SHIRTS, all they did was press them and they did a poor job of that. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Terrible dry cleaners. Everything I send in I get back dirty. I think he is just ironing the clothes and sending them back so they look dry cleaned when he’s really not even actually cleaning them. The owner is very short tempered and not respectful at all. I would NOT recommend choosing him as your dry cleaners. Stains are always on clothes and they come back the same. Waste of money at this dry cleaners.

Every time I come here, I regret trusting that cleaners. I asked the tailor after she took measurements how much cuffs we’ll cost. She quoted me $16. So I went to cashier to pay and he charged me $18 refusing to honor his employees quote.

Then I told her to make the cuffs strong because every time their stitching unravels in no time.

Wore pants and stitching unraveled from first leg, after wearing pants only twice. I went back and they refused to stand behind their work and told me they will charge me again if I want it fixed.

Proceed with caution.

For regular stuff, alterations for casual clothing, simple fixes... they're very reliable. If you have any challenging alterations on nice clothing, old weird tough stains on exotic fabric, maybe go somewhere else. That being said, 99% of my needs are met by this place. Price is fair.

Quality dry cleaning for a fair price. Staff is courteous and takes time to help. I highly recommend especially if you live by the area and regularly need uniform or dress clothes done.

I've been going to them for years for dry cleaning and alterations.  Highly recommend.
