I didn't catch his name but the gentleman helping me said they would try their best to get the stains out, thought my washing of the pants might've set the stains deeper. The man who owns the shop cleaned multiple pink splotches of lip gloss out of my light gray moose knuckle coat. I wish I took before pictures because it looked absolutely insane and I thought it was the end. Luckily it wasn’t. My coat looks great if you’re looking for a top notch cleaners this is the spot.

They did a great job with my wool coat that needed cleaning and repairs. It came back looking brand new- you can't even tell where the repairs were done. No chemical smell at all, and the price was very resonable.

What an absolutely disgusting staff. I came in at 7:00 in the morning to make sure my suit was ready the same day. The guy seemed nice, but as soon as I specified what time I want ready for, he blew up on me saying that I banged my hand on the counter the wrong way. He kept on screaming at me and then showed me how in some areas they would pull a gun at me, as he showed the motion of pulling out a gun. That is not how you treat customers, and I'm absolutely disgusted. I'm only 18 years old, can you treated me like an absolute trash can.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years here and they do beautiful work! I need my clothes for work pristine and Romano’s ALWAYS does an amazing job! I needed a dress dry cleaned after another cleaner was unable to remove the stains. I brought it to Romano’s, and Daniel was incredibly helpful. Going to start off by saying I came to this dry cleaner because I read the reviews about quality and quick turnaround. I dropped off a jacket and a sweater, both came back in good shape. I am giving two stars because of the lackluster customer service. When I went in for my drop off, I greeted everyone when I walked in - everybody just looked up at me and groaned - I brushed it off as maybe they were having a bad day. When I went in for the pick up, again - no greeting - just a very stern “Give me your ticket” followed by having my two items basically tossed at me. Deep diving into the reviews, seems others have a very similar experience with staff being rude/apprehensive. Would not be returning and definitely will not recommend.

What seemed like an impossible multi stain removal job on my garment that was both linen and leather turned out to be a miraculous revival!

Before taking in the garment the staff at Romano's discussed with me their observations and warned me what may occur. As I was willing to take the risk we proceeded and Paul treated multiple yellow stains on a white linen blazer and preserved the leather piping throughout. Excellent job, wonderful customer service and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Please avoid this location. The staff member was very unprofessional and used inappropriate language toward me. When I inquired about the pricing for hemming my pants, he responded discourteously, suggesting I go to a Chinese laundry for a lower price. I politely declined and clarified my request. In response, he used offensive language and approached me closely, which made me uncomfortable. I chose not to escalate the situation and left the store.

For your own experience, be aware that communication may be difficult due to language barriers, and the staff's attitude was notably unprofessional. While everyone can have difficult days, such behavior toward customers is unacceptable.

I started going to this dry cleaner in the summer of 2023 and I'm extremely impressed with the quality, cost, and customer service.

I've brought hats, shirts, sneakers, seat covers, etc with oil, blood, dirt, grass, sauce on them and they've made these items look brand new!

The prices are reasonable especially for the quality.
The staff keeps to themselves but are friendly and the owner(s) are extremely friendly and reasonable, as well.

Their standard turnaround time may be a little too slow for most people so if you need something by a specific day, I definitely suggest that you let them know.

They accept Apple Pay (which is a plus for people, like me, who are on the go) and delivery.

I love it! My clothes always come back in good condition- every time. I had a party to go to and they told me not to worry that they do same day dry cleaning ~ no problem. They have a lot of workers, parking, and the place is clean in comparison to other dry cleaners I seen.

They messed up on the first shirt I gave them. It was an expensive shirt my aunt had gifted me from London with expensive jade cuff links. When the guy inspected the shirt before taking it, he didn't tell me to remove the cuff links and it was my first time dry cleaning so I didn't know better. I went back right after getting it back and I noticed it was missing and they were so rude to me. The guy who took my shirt avoided talking to me and the women told me it's not her problem. When I told them I would not be going back there and the lady said "good, I don't care," exactly. They didn't even apologize for misplacing it. They have no respect for their customers at all.

Horrible dry cleaners at far too high of a price. Dropped off four shirts to be dry cleaned, and all they did was press the shirts on a machine. The collars of each shirt are full of wrinkles where the machine had issues but a quick pass of an iron would fix the issue. The worst part is one of the shirts still had a couple drink stains on them. OK, not all stains come out, but a quick dab of water and they came right off. THEY COULDN"T EVEN DRY CLEAN THE SHIRTS, all they did was press them and they did a poor job of that. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Terrible dry cleaners. Everything I send in I get back dirty. I think he is just ironing the clothes and sending them back so they look dry cleaned when he’s really not even actually cleaning them. The owner is very short tempered and not respectful at all. I would NOT recommend choosing him as your dry cleaners. Stains are always on clothes and they come back the same. Waste of money at this dry cleaners.

Every time I come here, I regret trusting that cleaners. I asked the tailor after she took measurements how much cuffs we’ll cost. She quoted me $16. So I went to cashier to pay and he charged me $18 refusing to honor his employees quote.

Then I told her to make the cuffs strong because every time their stitching unravels in no time.

Wore pants and stitching unraveled from first leg, after wearing pants only twice. I went back and they refused to stand behind their work and told me they will charge me again if I want it fixed.

Proceed with caution.

For regular stuff, alterations for casual clothing, simple fixes... they're very reliable. If you have any challenging alterations on nice clothing, old weird tough stains on exotic fabric, maybe go somewhere else. That being said, 99% of my needs are met by this place. Price is fair.

Prices made up on the spot. Dishonest and unprofessional.

Took in a vest to get three buttons stitched. Was told $3 each. Got home, checked the ticket: $22. When I brought it up during pickup, the manager (Spanish lady) claimed she fixed five buttons (false), and that the actual price per button is $4, then blamed me for not checking the ticket earlier. Eventually, after unnecessary back and forth, she took the agreed $9.

Next day, picked up pants and a polyester dress. Only to find I was charged for “special care silk dress” cleaning. When I asked for a corrected ticket reflecting the real material, she flat out refused. I ended up paying silk pricing for a polyester dress. No refund, no correction.

This place makes up prices, changes the story, and blames the customer. The manager needs to own her mistakes and stop trying to squeeze extra cash out of people with shady ticket edits. Go somewhere honest.

Finally dry cleaners that won't mess up the collar and do a good job! The laundry service is pretty good too I think it's $1.65 per pound. Not too bad. They deliver and pick up as well

My wife went here to get a dress tailored (for the dress to come in and the straps to be moved as a result). When she went to pick it up today, they messed up the straps and wanted her to pay an addition $45 on top of the already paid $95 to fix their mistake!! Very unprofessional and a scam!! They will no longer have our business.

Horrible and sloppy small job even with the discount.  It was supposed to have been done in 20 min as told to me it will take before leaving my coat for stiching a clasp button.  It took longer than that because the lady who took the job decided to have an early lunch.  I have not visited this Cleaners for a while.  This shop must be under new management.  I will not be coming back!!

I hate to leave bad reviews but do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. They charged me double the price for a dress they dry cleaned just couple of months before for a lower price. They also claimed the dress was “ethnic” so it would take more time. I also dropped off a shirt with a stain on it to be removed and they returned it to me with the stain still there! They did not even adjust the price. Overpriced and not worth going to. There are better cleaners and tailoring places in the area.
