I came to this place flustered and overwhelmed because my own washer had badly malfunctioned and made all my clothes smell like burnt rubber. The employees are kind and friendly, and they reassured me that I could pick up my laundry the next day. They do only take cash, so keep that in mind.

I went thinking it was like an American laundromat, but here the folks who work here do your laundry for you, and fold everything up when they give it back. My laundry came back smelling fresh and clean, no hint of rubber smell, and they used extra comfort fabric conditioner, leaving my items lush and soft. I can't recommend them enough! I hate to leave a bad review but I am really disappointed in how my wedding dress has turned out. It took much longer than I was initially told, and I have pretty much got the dress back in the exact state I dropped it off, except it now smells musty. It was just a quick clean as the dress is an ex sample, but the dress still has tan and makeup on the inside from being tried on and the armpits still have a smell to them. So disappointed and now very stressed trying to find somewhere else to clean my dress ahead of my alterations. It doesn’t look like it has been cleaned at all.

My wedding dress had been dragged down the royal mile after a winter day and the bottom 2 inches were completely black - lal managed to clean my dress to absolute perfection and it looks like I just picked it up from the shop. Great very easily accessible area for taking your mucky pup for a pampering. Takes card and costs £10. Then you select from the screen which stage you want starting with shampoo then rinse then anti flea wash conditioner then two different levels of blow dryer. Then once you remove your dog disinfect the tub. Would highly recommend using. Great value for money. Also open 24hrs.

Used this establishment just before Christmas as our washing machine had broken down.

All looks good inside. Nice and clean. Dog cleaning machine looks useful. But there is major issues with small machines and terrible customer service… read on…

However, upon paying for a machine wash, the machine wouldn’t show the ‘Start’ button. Waited 5-10mins and still no sign of the machine was going to work.

Telephone no didn’t work, straight to message. Then used WhatsApp. Waited for a reply and eventually got one (15mins post initial issue).

Semi “automated” replies then ensued and stopped.

Post Christmas contacted them again and found an email from an Alan Scott in my junk email to which I replied having not used their app and had used their in-house touch screen and card payment.

No response again.

Next day used WhatsApp. Again automated response.

Went back to the laundrette in Crow Rd to use their service again. Only to chat to not one but three people who’ve had issues re refunds and washing machines broken including one young guy who had paid for 3 machines and none worked (all small machines).

As of yet I’ve still not received any refund.

Avoided using their app as you have to preload with money which is less than cost of single usage. I guess it would be fine if you use this week in week out but still your money is in their pocket - not yours.

Half the machines not working at all and the other machines not spinning. No spinner machine.  Dryers not always working after taking  your money. No humans to speak to and unable to  contact anyone at all on a Sunday.  Very poor customer service.  Avoid.

A very straightforward laundry experience. It wasn't too busy on the day we visited, but there was a steady stream of people coming in and out. Lots of machines and quite simple to operate. Washing machines include detergent as part of the fee. This is a card only establishment, operating from a central console for all of the machines. The store space was spotless, chairs comfortable, and sufficient table space. All in all, it was a painless experience for someone traveling through the city for a few days.

Dryers were off line. Had to take my wet laundry back home.  I emailed customer support and received a response within 15 minutes. A technician was dispatched. Within half an hour customer support informed me that the dryers were up and working and then I had the high 30 dryer credit  for the dryer. They also credited me for the dryer time I had paid for previously. All in all a good experience. The machines look new and the premises are kept very clean. I also inform customer care in the email that one of their washers was leaking. They took care of it within 30 minutes as well. I highly recommend this laundromat and love that it's open 24 hours a day and it accepts credit cards and provides soap for your load automatically. I also like that the washing machines are sanitized between every cycle. In the end, a nice recovery from what could have been a disaster.

I put a couple of duvets through for cleaning, their turn around time was pretty quick and the price I thought was reasonable.  The only downside is lack of card payments but honestly, is it that hard to get a bit of cash out?  Lovely ladies in there too.

They agreed a price by phone for curtain cleaning but then charged me considerably more than agreed.

Their sign says one price and then they say that that is the price per kilo, which is not stated in writing or on the phone.

Separately, they charged me for a specialist rug cleaning service but then lied about sending the rug to the specialists and instead did a terrible job of cleaning the rug themselves.

They don't accept cards or give receipts, which is very dodgy.

I certainly wouldn't recommend this place, although I did receive a refund for the rug that hadn't been cleaned.

Gave them some shirts to iron and each and every one of them was ironed perfectly! Really good job. However, I took 3 stars off because they don't take cards! This is 2019 for goodness sake! I guess it's easier to cheat HMRC when only accepting cash! Ridiculous. Will not be back.

Good central location to get your cloths washed. 2 sets of each located at a small petrol station so easy to hang around at or you can walk into Glasgow city while you wait. 8KG wash £5 - 18KG wash £10 - 18KG Dryer £3 for 15 minutes. Good value and shop staff really friendly.

Machines worked well (2x small washer, 2x large washer, 2x large dryer) but several tricks that will make you pay more than you need to:
1. Cash only. Card payment not available. You’ll need small notes/coins (see below). There’s a cashzone/allpoint ATM on site, but I don’t know the size bills they offer.
2. No change given, and you have to pay for each machine/cycle separately. If you’re doing a small wash, you need £5 as a note or as coins to start the wash (as of June 2025). But can pay for multiple dry cycles at once (£3/15 mins).
2. Dryers are not continuous. Will tumble and heat for a few seconds, then stop until it cools down, then restart. Had a small load (~6-7 kg) run on high heat for 15 mins, and undergarments & shirts were almost dry, but jeans and dress were still damp.
3. Machines sat detergent is included, but many reviews say their clothes were still dirty. Added my own detergent sheet and clothes were ok.

Horrible place! Machines are broken. Credit card reader is broken. You can only use cash, and they won’t make change. The washer I used didn’t make the water soapy, so the clothes aren’t really clean. And then after 30 minutes in the dryer the clothes were cold and damp, not one bit dry. I read the reviews and came prepared. There were a few others using machines and waiting, but it wasn’t overly busy.  Cash only, but people had no trouble using coins or bills. I did one large wash load for £10, and one 45min dry load for £10 (technically cost £9, but as others have said, no change is administered). There’s ample signage and easy to follow instructions, it was comparatively cheap, efficient, and exactly what I needed.

It's an outdoor laundry with 4 washers but only 2 dryers. Not staffed in the evenings (I don't know about daytime). On the day of my visit, the electronic payment mechanism was broken, so cash was the only method of payment. Washers do not give change, so patrons may end up overpaying. One dryer had the odor of mildew. The only reason I gave this place one star is because I was able to get one load of laundry washed (but not dried).
