Very clean, efficient, and welcoming! A very colorful environment, which surprised me at first, but it’s a nice looking place!
The kids area is a nice touch, and the workers were so kind and helpful. Especially Sylvia and Priscilla, they answered all my questions and were so sweet in helping me wash my clothes😊 hands down the best workers there! They were very fast

This has to be the best laundry mat I have ever been to! I have three kids so the kid area was such a blessing. They have a little play kitchen and a variety of books and a tv to keep them plenty occupied. It was kept clean and stocked the staff greeted us the moment we came in the building. I definitely will be coming back.

TERRIBLE OWNERS!!! They just steal peoples money. I added money for one full hour to dry and continued to check my clothes periodically, I stood by the dryer until
It finished and the clothes were completely wet and when I reported it to the owner she denied any refunds… I basically had to pay all over again. After many years of coming to this laundromat I will definitely NOT come again. The owner continued to argue saying she watched the cameras saying I left the building for the full hour. That is a complete lie! She said she couldn’t see the one dryer because it was completely off blocked off screen YET she argued she saw me leave the building for the full hour and more!! COMPLETE LIE!!! And another customer did complain about the same machine! THE REVIEWS FROM OTHERS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF!! HORRIBLE SERVICES AND OWNERS!!!

Expensive to wash but free dry you got to pay to use the bathroom and only got 5 mins or somebody else can pay and come in if you mess up on the wash cycle they won't restart it so you can put on the type of cycle you really wanted like hot cold or delicates

I've been going here for some years now because of the included dryer usage for every wash cycle paid for and the fact that I don't need cash to be able to use the machines here.

However.

The restroom is now a paid affair requiring the use of one's laundry card to the tune of a $0.75 fee. It's a measure intended to prevent overusage by non-customers and discourage the use and leaving behind of drug paraphernalia, which I understand. What is less understandable is the lack of improvement in general restroom amenities since implementing the new system. Some toilet seat liners would be appreciated, but perhaps more appreciated than that would be a working exhaust fan because it seems there's an overpowering and unpleasant odor every time I pay and use it. If the owner/operator reads these reviews, please address these equipment issues.

Worst experience ever had a problem with one of the machine selecting the wrong dial or mode. Call the manager she was very defensive and did not want to help me saying that was my fault when it was the machines not my fault I try to explain it to her, but there was no reasoning with this lady I was polite and trying to explain to her that I was not satisfy and she did not try, even to satisfy me last time be using this wash.

I have been going here for years and I am mostly pleased with the experience. As crappy as it is to have to lug all the laundry to any laundromat, this one makes the process fairly quick and easy to sy. They have quite a few machines which are normally available at the times I go. The washers are on the expensive side to me (but I don't know what others in the area are charging) but they give you a certain number of free dries depending on the size of the washing machine you used.

The clothes come out clean and the dryers are heavy duty in my experience. As long as you don't overload them, they dry very quickly. I am always surprised at how quickly they dry. They have upgraded the dryers over the past year and even though you get less minutes for each credit than you used to (I think it's gone from 7 minutes to 4 minutes over the years) it's still dries very well. Mine usually only take about 3-4 credits depending on the fabric. I do spread my clothes out between a few dryers (when it's not very busy) so it would be probably be a lot longer if I had to consolidate to one dryer. I still think they are amazing dryers especially compared to the apartment complex I live in.

I would definitely recommend this laundromat and the woman who works there works hard to keep it clean.

Last thing, you do have to pay to use the restroom now but I am sure they had good reasons for that.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. This is the second time I’ve trusted them with my blazers, hoping the first incident was just a coincidence. They failed to clean my white blazer properly, and the wine stains remained. It looked like they washed it with dark clothes because it no longer looks white, and the fabric doesn’t feel the same either. I also brought another blazer to them and asked them to remove the stains from inside the cuff, but they were unable to do so. It seems like they didn’t do anything at all. This will be the last time I use their services.

I dropped off 4 items and was told that I could pick them up 2 weeks later. After 2 weeks I went to pick them up, but only 3 items were finished. I took them home and I am still waiting for the fourth item.

I brought in three blazers on a Thursday. They said they would be ready Monday. I didn't go to pick them up until the following Monday so a week after they should have been done. They could only find two of my three blazers. They said they couldn't find my "raincoat" but I told them it was a blazer. They had not called to say they couldn't find it. They claimed the two blazers that they didn't lose were "light jackets" because they didn't have shoulder pads. Rather than argue 80's fashion vis 2024, I paid outerwear prices for those two blazers just to get them home (only a dollar or so higher than blazers cost). They said they would call me when they found my raincoat. I reminded them it is not a raincoat and if they are looking for a raincoat they will never find my blazer. I called them a few days later and they said they found it but didn't call me because they lost my number. They described a raincoat. I gave them my phone number which should have also been in their system, and reminded them it was a blazer. No hood no belt, not a raincoat. They said they would keep looking and call me. Few days later I stop in with a photo of the blazer. They say they didn't call because they once again lost my phone number. And they still can't find my raincoat. I remind them they should not be looking for a raincoat. They finally found my blazer about 6 weeks after they lost it.

If you value your time, you should NOT use this establishment. I decided to use this dry cleaner to preserve my wedding dress based on several friends suggestions. I should have read the reviews first though, because the service and quality of customer care was horrid. I dropped my dress off the beginning of November and  was told it would be done 11/29 and I would be called. The manager herself checked me in. I didn’t hear from anyone so by mid December I decided to call. Upon calling, I was told I had the wrong establishment because they didn’t have any indication I had dropped my dress off and my name wasn’t in the system. It took about 2 weeks to find my dress, which the manager had misplaced and lost the tags for. During this process, I was told I would need to bring in pictures and the make/size of the dress in order for it to be found. Fortunately they found it-she had mixed up my first and last name. I finally came in right before Christmas to pick up my dress and it was not even preserved yet. I was being charged for alterations, cleaning and preservation when the preservation hadn’t even been done. I was told it would be finished that day. I came back the next week and it still wasn’t done. I immediately called the following day and requested to speak to the manager to finish preserving  my dress and possibly receive a discount since the entire fiasco was becoming a bit ridiculous. I was told she was ‘out’ and she would call me later in the day. I did not receive a call so I went into the establishment again the following day and the dress was still not preserved. The manager was there and extremely short and rude when I inquired why my dress was still not preserved. She provided serval unprofessional excuses and did not even apologize for the lack of attention or service I received. I did get a small discount, but certainly not enough of a discount to make me feel as though my business was of value. I highly do NOT recommend using this dry cleaner location for any services. I wasted about 8 weeks trying to have my wedding gown preserved. I was appalled at the lack of concern for customer service and the incompetence that was displayed during my interactions with the business.

I've been using Yorgey's for a while now. There are some things to like, and others that could be improved on.

One is the length of time it takes to get clothes back. This definitely isn't a place for overnight service. On the other hand the people here are nice, and things are generally ready on time.

I'd recommend anyone looking for a quality dry cleaners.
