I drove from Asheville to the laundromat just to check it out because it was open 24 hours
I went at 5:00 p.m. though just in case I needed to go to a different laundromat.
there was a lady in there already doing laundry who warned me that the washing machines were black. I proceeded to look in the washing machine and I cleaned out the ones that I was going to use because I didn't feel like driving all the way back to Ashville.

I paid for 4 washing machines.. 2 didn't agitate and another didn't have hot water...

I brought all of my wet clothing home in bags...

I tried to call for assistance but the number connected to the business does not work.

I haven't had the opportunity to drive back out there yet either and I don't know if I will ever get my money back. it really hurts because I just lost my job in March and I'm on unemployment. it's bad enough to go to a laundromat but I don't have money to be losing in washing machines. I need clean clothes for job interviews

Horrible it's the worst I have ever seen! More than half the machine are out of order. The ones that do work the dryers most don't even heat up the change machine didn't work there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the machines. I should have taken pictures but I'm surprised this place hasn't been shut down. I will never return I hope others don't either.

Very nice laundromat! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and prices were reasonable. I would definitely come back.

A very nice and quaint place to do laundry. The woman who owns the establishment is extremely nice. My wife and I are truck drivers and finding a good place to do laundry can be tough. We were able to park our truck in the parking lot across the street, but she said we could park on the street out front if we wanted too. She took an interest in our lives and was very personable. We even got there a little late and had to stay a few minutes past closing time. She didn’t rush us out the door and told us to take our time folding. If I need to do laundry in Circleville again, I will definitely come back.

My husband Steve has had to do the laundry there twice while waiting for our washer and dryer to arrive. The Launderette    is clean, everything works and the attendant is sweet and helpful. The attendant was amazing. She even watched our clothes and folded them while he went home to meet the service repair person.  We can't say enough for how nice of a place this is.  True customer service!!!

Ugh. So I tried not to leave a bad review but after taking time to think about it, it needs to be said…the old woman that works in there was & unkind & down right rude to me because of a small mis-hap.. I wasn’t going to press the issue but after thinking about it, it was a disappointing interaction as a paying customer.  I didn’t realize that the $5 machine wasn’t taking my quarters until I had put the 3rd one in. She attempted to make fun of me by calling me “special” who says that to someone? Even if you “think” that lol it’s poor customer service. Not to mention I’m new to using a laundromat but I’m not stupid.  She must be bothered by my presence but get ready bc I will be back as there aren’t many good options in town. I’m not a confrontational person but I won’t be belittled. The whole thing is silly but considering the fact that the machines don’t do the best job..my clothes always come out too hot to the touch and wrinkled, plus a good pair of pants ruined. Plus socks and other things get shrunk in a small amount of drying time..
If porters wasn’t so crowded I’d take it upon myself to clean the machines & do it there. Seems like so many other good reviews being left so why me? I emailed to ask about dry cleaning a weighted blanket. In the end they weren't able to clean it because it would mess up their machine. However, they were extremely polite, professional, and even helpful with giving me alternatives to making sure I could clean it without damaging it or my own machine. I appreciated their help and quick response!

The first time using Swans and the last! I dropped off 5 coats to be cleaned and was told I would get a call or text when completed. 2 weeks it took for me to get my belongings.  I never got any updates on my items. I had to call 3 times to get someone to get 1/5 coats back from wherever they send it off to. Then I pay $66 in which I was told I would get refunded feom a worker who cashed me out, when I call back to the cleaners when the manager returns. The manager said she would refund only 1 coat. The one that took the longest because they other 4 were already done. WELL, I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED! The coats were dropped off together.  I expect to pick them up all together. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM SWANS! A simple phone call or text with updates would have been sufficient. I work in customer service,  and this location is definitely lacking that quality.

If -0- was an option... I tried giving them a few chances. Done.  Completely ruined my clothing and took two months to try to make it better, but only made it worse. I really thought there would be some attemp to at the very least apologize, nope.  No money back, no apology... horrible!

Dropped off 10 items - couple of sweaters, 2 pair of pants and some shirts…$118…no that is not a typo. $118!!!! Stay away!

Don’t come here unless you want your clothes lost because that’s what happened to me. I gave them shirts 👔 to dry clean at the beginning of this month and here we are at the end of the month and they can’t tell me what happened to my shirts. They basically lost my clothing and gave no idea where my shirts are. I gave them my shirts 👔 almost a month ago and never 👎 got them back. It’s unacceptable and I’ve tried calling the guy the lady told me to call 📱 and it goes straight to voicemail. I’m furious. Im never 👎 using this place again 💯

I really like this laundromat for the most part. Dawn and Ben are good hard working people. Always willing to help. They take the time to keep it clean and to decorate it nice showing pride in their work place. Very friendly. Its the best place ive found to do my laundry. The owner is a rude ass hat though.  Hes rarely there though

Avoid this laundry mat. The female employee blames everything on the owner and how terribly he runs the business. She had no issues yelling at an elderly woman when she misunderstood what the old woman was saying. When the machines take your money they label you “a problem” for asking them to correct it and the male employee will yell at you in front of the entire store for requesting your money back from the machine when it’s not working. This place is horrible. Go somewhere else.

If I could give 10 stars I would ❤️ DAWN IS AWESOME!!! My husband and I stopped in a couple evenings ago and was welcomed by a very friendly Dawn! The machine we had sticks a little and she knew exactly what machine we were at lol she’s knows her machines 😊 you can tell just by talking to her she loves her job. Employees like her are a dime a dozen 🥰 you should keep them HAPPY and EMPLOYED THEY ARE GOOD FOR BUSINESS!!!

Very clean very nice people gave me some some ideas where to go eat. I just moved here Friday so they were very polite. Very nice to me and it didn’t cost that much to do my laundry under five dollars.

I have been going there for at least 8 years, and never had a complaint until today. We were accused of trespassing and/or breaking in. We arrived after 10:30 during business hours. The door was unlocked, the lights were on, and there were other people already doing laundry. We waited in our car the 30 minutes it takes to wash a load, and then went back in to retrieve our clothes. The guy working there started accusing us of breaking in as we were getting ready to leave. The people who were there when we arrived were still there. I really don't understand this behavior. Why accuse us? Why threaten to call the police? He told us not to come back, but I wouldn't have, anyway.
