They ruined my expensive item — faded fabric and white ironing marks — then claimed nothing was wrong. Refused proper reimbursement and offered an eBay-level amount which I did not take. They even lost it and told me to “come back in the afternoon.” The manager was shockingly unprofessional over the phone, with zero interest in resolving the issue. She’s not suited for any customer-facing role. Absolutely unacceptable.

We brought my husband's suit and his white button down shirt to be dry cleaned here. The suit turned out fine but his white shirt was ruined. Came back with holes in it and basically the same stains that it went in with. When I asked the owner about the stains still present, she said don't worry about the stains, his suit jacket will cover the stains and no one will see it. We had to find him a new shirt the night before our trip. Not the service I was hoping for....won't be using this company again.

My friend ,Joe,suggested I take it to Mr Philip Dry Cleaners in Julington Creek.I thought I didn't have anything to lose by trying one more time so I dropped it off on my way to work.Three days later,I went to pick up my clothes,and lo and behold,the stain was gone.I was amazed and upon further inquiry I found out the owner,Mr Philip,is a credentialed chemist and member of the American Chemists Society.I would definitely recommend these cleaners to any one looking for an excellent job done on their clothes.

Have used this dry cleaner for 20 years but NO more.  Brought in son’s AFJROTC shirt on Saturday and was told it would be ready Tuesday after 5.  At 5:50 on Tuesday told it came out of the machine with a spot on it so it’s being re-washed and will be ready when they open at 7:30 am.  My husband explained our son needed it for a uniform inspection grade Wednesday morning.  Still not ready Tuesday at 7:30 am so returned on his way to school with my son.  Waited 30 minutes and they can’t find it!  Don’t know why they take your phone number when they never call it.  Going in again today and if they still can’t find it I’ll be informing them they owe us $15 because that’s what we’re going to have to reimburse the U.S. Air Force.  Not to mention our wasted time and gas.  I had to email his sergeant so his grade wasn’t impacted.  My son had already explained and showed him the dry cleaning receipt.  I see from a Yelp review this is happening to others here recently.  NEVER AGAIN!  Go elsewhere!

I got my six shirts and suit back. The suit was fine. All the shirts were wrinkled. One of the shirt was torn! Yes. Torn. 2”X3”tear. I had to find it myself at home. The owner cares nothing about service and customers. Just stay away. I don’t even want to remember this place or my experience there. It’s a shame that a business like that even exists.

No complaints here. I bring hubby's uniforms here everytime he gets new ones and have been pleased. The only reason 5 stars weren't given was because I've had to bring back a time or two because stitching came undone however it was fixed without any issue. Just a minor inconvenience. So, if this cleaners could be rated negative it would. Cloths come back with more wrinkles then I give it shirts to them. After routine commenting on the wrinkles, I realized they really don't care. After trying the cleaners in the JCP area, I realized that the same people own the cleaners in the Publix Center on SR13 and the cleaners in the Walmart Plaza across the street. If you care about shirts that look pressed, find another cleaner. Of the 3 cleaners, the best is one one in the Walmart Plaza but they charge more and I still have to iron 20-60& of the shirts.

I go to Plantation cleaners mostly for the convenience since it's only a few miles away however their service is excellent they always have your clothes ready when they say they will. Have given them quite a few items with stains and they have been successful at removing them.

coming here for 20 years.  The new girl I dealt with today 3/10/2025 is a jerk!  She needs to learn about customer service.  Good way to lose a customer.  I will try my business elsewhere now.

My experience was horrible!

The staff we dealt with there (owners?) were rude, argumentative and didn’t honor the discount that is written in gigantic letters on their window.

Worst of all, they shrunk my clothes!!!!!

They have a 10 foot high window displaying a 25% discount for their wash and fold service every Wednesday. We waited till Wednesday and brought in our clothes. They argued with us when we asked for one set of clothes to be washed in cold water so they wouldn’t shrink. If it had been me there, I wouldn’t have left my clothes, but my husband chose to continue with their service.

When he came to pick them up, they refused to honor the discount written in their window. I included a picture below which you can’t really read it gives you some idea of how gigantic the discount was displayed. Husband and staff argued over it, but they still wouldn’t honor the discount.

And… when we got the clothes home, we discovered that the load needing a cold water wash resulted in shrunk clothes as most likely they were washed in hot water.

Needless to say, we will never use them again.

Not only do this location has the  friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a dry cleaners in the Mandarin area but they will go over and beyond to meet your needs.  I had to attend an event the next day and went to a cleaners closer to my house that I usually patronize. They would not clean my jacket for me. I missed the time to have it cleaned the same day by four minute. I went to the Best In Town Cleaners on San Jose and they instructed me to take my Jacket to their Old Saint Augustine Road location and I could have it clean. Although I was now twenty-two minutes passed their time to have my jacket cleaned the same day, they cleaned it for me and they become my go to cleaners! I go out my way to take all of my household's dry cleaning to them because they went above and beyond for me. Their name suits them well, they are the Best In Town!

Not only have their prices increased significantly but my daughter's dress was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. I paid more now with their 25 percent off special than I did last fall for thr sane service. The pleating in his dress is now uneven and it is very wrinkled. Trust worthy and really care about the what they do,  I feel lucky to live in their neighborhood and have them to take care of my clothes. Tailoring is good; wash and dry service is also very good. Their dry cleaning is exceptional.

Warning!! Get estimate in writing ! Brought in a set of drapes to get an estimate for dry cleaning. They said it would be around $30 maybe as much as $35. As this was an older set of drapes this sounded reasonable, we weren't wanting to spend any more than that. We weren't notified when they were ready but we were in the area and decided to check. They were ready but the bill was $120. If we had known that to begin with we wouldn't have had them clean them. The man there demanded that we pay but we told them to just keep them as they are not even worth that .

Great customer service! Needed an outfit cleaned and pressed before a music video, last minute choice, explained I was leaving town they were ready an hour early! First time using this place, when I picked up she remembered my name like I was a regular.
