Nice guy but lacks attention detail. Gave him three opportunities to get the clothing right. Received my slacks back with the pockets pressed open and three creases in my dress shirts sleeves. Requested starch multiple times and it never happened. Takes one week to get your clothes back.  Wouldn’t recommend this cleaners.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I needed an alteration to a winter jacket last minute before a ski trip and Ray didn’t hesitate to help me! It was finished the next day and I will think of them as I stay toasty warm on my trip!!

Last Tuesday around 5:30 pm my husband and I were at our church setting up my parents memorial table when I realized the deep creases in the new tablecloth I bought would not iron out. In a panic, I called Heart of Wekiva Cleaners and asked if they could help me as I needed it for Thursday morning. Without hesitation she told me to bring it in that night and  it would be ready in time...it was and beautifully done with no charge! I am so touched with their kindness and genuine sympathy they will forever have us as loyal customers.

I just left Society Cleaners in Longwood Florida. I knitted a large, wool,  intricately pattered shawl that took nearly two years to complete. The shawl is completely ruined, it appears to have been washed in hot water and dried. It has shrunken by half in length. They called me a liar, said they didn’t do it and refused to apologize or offer any compensation. Do not go to this cleaners.

I have used this drycleaner for years.  They do great work.  My son's live 30 and 90 miles away but they bring their suits to this dry cleaner!

Pros: I walked in and was immediately greeted. The jackets and dress I turned in were dry cleaned quickly and the result was good.

To note: The price was a little steep ($20/jacket).

You didn't give any type of compensation to the customers that you inconvenienced on Saturday and lied about it never happened.  Please don't patronize this place. The brother and sister owners don't care about customers and we won't be inconvenienced again.  You deserve a minus zero for your service and I dont care attitude.

This is a shame.  I've been going to this location several times a year for years..like 5 years, since I moved to Longwood.  They've been generally good, lost a couple pairs of pants over the years but I dry clean like 10 pairs at a time and no dry cleaner is much better...sadly.

Today I ran into their manager Ester.  She wanted to charge me $35 to clean a large comforter...which is not a bad price, except the sign right behind the register says "Small comforter $16, Large comforter $25"(see picture)  I was bringing in a Queen sized comforter.  Not only was there no good explanation for this, but she became almost instantly combative saying "that's the price"  meaning $35 and pushed the comforter back at me as  I pointed to the sign that said $25.  After that there was nothing productive that could be said.

Just like that, a good relationship ruined. I will not be going back.   Continental Cleaners can do better than Ester as a manager.

I have been a loyal customer to this dry cleaners for years. Always found a friendly face when walking in and talking to the couple behind it. Things have happened in the past, but they were so minor that it wasn't a problem, but this past Saturday made me feel unappreciated.

I brought my tux in so I could get ready for a black tie affair on Saturday.  This was an important event to me, and I wanted to look my best. I was told that it would be ready after 4 pm. I sent my Mom to grab it due to me running late, and no one was there. After several calls and talking to 2 people, we were told it would take an hour and a half before someone would show up. It's not good when I have to be somewhere during that time frame. My mom described a scene where dozens of people drove up and were furious because no one was there, and they needed their clothes. In the end, I had to figure out plan b and get to my destination.

So you would think that due to the inconvenience they created , at least an apology or something would happen.. Nope!  See, I understand things happen, and people mess up but disregard your customers after a major F+×÷kup like this is bad. So yeah, you're gambling when you take your clothes here, and I'm done. I'm only one person, but I'd rather spend my money with people who will be open when they say they are.

As you can see on the receipt, it says open til 6pm.

I've been going to this location for over 10 years. Everything was great until 2 months again when the price for the dress shirts went from $2.99 each to $4.50. When I questioned why the price went up was told that was the price, no other explanation. I pointed out that the sign for the business states $2.99. Sign at road, on the building and their company vans all say $2.99. Told manager that it was false advertising and they need to change their signs. Well 2 months later and still shows $2.99. Would not recommend this cleaner to anyone.

Society Dry Cleaners

They made a mistake and switched my order with another customer. I tried to pick up my order and they wouldn’t give me my clothes I tried to explain what had happened and they started screaming at me.  I could not talk civilly due to their shouting and screaming at me.
Don’t go there.

Don’t trust your dry cleaning to any other business! By far the BEST that I’ve found!

I brought a color block dress to them and they ruined it and did not want to take responsibility for the dress. The guy said that it was the designer's fault for making a color block dress. NEVER AGAIN! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

They need to update hours of operation on Google. They now close at 630pm. I found this out after racing over to have a suit cleaned....  Maybe I'll have better luck if I return.

The owners are really nice, I’ve been with them for a couple years and they provide the best quality. Would totally recommend if you’re in the Longwood area.

The prices have gotten out of hand. Disappointed! Almost $70 for 6 pieces (4shirts/2pants)

My experience has been this:  The dry-cleaning itself is fine, but you should (i) confirm the number of items in writing when you drop them off, as they lost one of my husbands shirts, and (ii) ask in advance how much something will cost as I was recently charged $18 to dry clean a jumpsuit, which I thought was high.

Very pleased with the services. These guys are fast and efficient. Very nice owners who take great care with my work clothes. Love that  I can pick up my shirts the next day!!!!

My blazer was supposed to work ready on Thursday.  It's Saturday and when I went to get it it wasn't ready.  I need to leave on Monday for a trip and now I have to spend the afternoon finding a blazer and spending money.  Awesome.  Hope I don't have to pay for it.   Any one have suggestions for a reliable cleaner in Longwood?

This is my favorite store to have dry-cleaning done. The clothes are impeccably clean and the service is always professional.  Whenever I come for business I always bring my clothes to have them dry cleaned here and I recommend it to anyone who wants their clothes dry cleaned to perfection
