Nice friendly atmosphere for the most part. The two ladies that are there in the evenings are wonderful and very polite and helpful. I don't go in the morning anymore because the lady who is working is very grumpy and doesn't seem to like to work. Maybe if she wouldn't just sit and watch movies all day and work her days wouldn't be that unbearable.

It's a very good place to go to wash your clothes for a very low price and maybe cheap laundromat. The place is very clean and sometimes the washers and dryers may not work but they are very quick to fix them and it's really a great experience in watching your clothes especially if you are trying to stay on the budget for a good quality. And it's good that they accept credit card so that way you don't have to care around change or money and you could just swipe your card. Anderson a good area where if you want to get some shopping or something done while your clothes are washing or drying you can go to the stores nearby or around the area and they also have TVs playing so you can watch the TVs and they have a bathroom in there that you can use if you are a customer. I would say if you are in the area and need to wash your clothes this is a great place to go. 👍🏿💯

I come only in the evenings because of one of the employees. Shery Long works in the evenings and she's amazing. Shes so friendly and helpful. The Laundromat is always clean.  I came in a few times when an different employee was there and wasn't impressed at all. All they did was sit behind the counter or was outside smoking.

Very clean with good quality/high efficiency washers.  The laundromat section is open until 11pm, last load in by 10pm.  Wish there were higher capacity dryers  (they're average size) and the machines took card.  Overall is a good place to get your laundry done.

I can’t say enough good things about Bart’s Cleaners! I brought in a pair of pants with some seriously stubborn stains—ones I had almost given up on. In fact, another local place (Northwest Cleaners) outright rejected them, saying they’d be too much work. That only added to my worries that the stains might be permanent.

Rude and prejudice.  The old person staff took my clothes from the dryer wet! And she told me to watch my machines when dry. All my clothes were wet and she adamantly said I was lying. She is the one who's racist . She only like to be nice to white people and afraid of others. Very ungodly.

I would say that 50% of the washers and dryers in this location are broken. Today I used a dryer and after 40 minutes my clothes were still completely wet.

I reported this to the staff and at first she told me she could only put a sign on the broken dryer. After I started to complain she cut me off to offer to pay for me to dry my clothes. Then I proceeded to say something else about the establishment being in such disrepair and she cut me off again.

In summary, terrible service provided due to lack of working machines and wasted time using a broken machine. Terrible service by rude staff. Clearly no soft skills or customer-centric training.

This is the closest laundromat to where I live, but I will be going elsewhere from now on. This was just the last straw in what has continually been a lackluster experience.

5 people in the entire store and there weren't enough dryers for everyone -_- waiting 20 mins for a dryer before just going home.

They offer laundry service so you're often competing against the laundromat for machines, not other customers. They should run laundry service during off hours to let customers actually use the machines.

This coin laundry place is usually clean and has enough machines. Free Wi-Fi is available, which might explain why the cost is a little high. Regardless of that, it is my favorite coin laundry on the North of Columbus. The machines work on quarters and most washers also accept cards.

Had to wash a bulky king size comforter. Their express washer is great for this. $8.75 Washes in 30 minutes. It did a great job. Laundry facilities were staffed and very clean. Was here in the middle of the day on a Monday. Not busy at all

Long story short it took them 4 weeks to tell me the problem is “poor quality”, clearing trying to avoid liability even after I offered a fair resolution of getting a quote for repairs and seeing if they were willing to cover those costs. -adding a picture of my soaking wet buttons because I think they washed the suit, you’ll have to zoom in to see the water spots in the bag

My wife took my 3 piece suit that I wore at our wedding here. It was custom made and $1,300. This place SHRUNK my jacket and pants to the point where I can no longer wear them. The jacket has a hole and several spots of heat damage. Photos attached from my wedding so you can see how the jacket use to fit my wrists and how my pants use to fit my legs. And there are several places on BOTH the pants and jacket where the seam thread has been pulled out. Even the spare buttons in my pocket were soaking wet when I got it back so I suspect it was tossed in a washing machine.

I dropped off a 1990 prom dress and a flapper dress on a Tuesday hoping to get then back by Thursday afternoon. I’m sitting outside now upset cause this is the second time I’ve come, and the water pressure isn’t correct and the clothes aren’t getting washed. The last time the attendant had me move my clothes. This time the attendant just stated it was “slow water” coming out. At the end of my cycle my clothes weren’t really wet or CLEAN at all! And they have two prices on the dryer. Of course I was charged the higher amount.

I had a winter coat and raincoat that hadn't seen the light of day in decades! I wasn't certain what they could do as the raincoat had questionable black marks (grease?) as did this off-white winter coat. Both are from the '80's. I picked them up today and was extremely pleased with the results! The raincoat looks brand new and the winter coat looks so much brighter. He did point out a small spot on the winter coat that was stubborn and couldn't come clean, but it can be easily replaced with a button! I will certainly be coming back!

I was charged (on a special promotion) $6.95 for a laundered golf shirt.  This would be laundered not even dry cleaned and my first problem was even requesting light starch is the shirt was as wrinkled as when it was dropped off. Getting worse, as I unwrapped the plastic there was a light stain on the collar that I removed with paper towel and a dab of water with no effort.

I think I paid $6.95 (on special) to have my shirt wrapped in plastic.  Extremely disappointing in addition to his acting like the machine wouldn't take my credit card (worked before this and every time after) and asked for cash.  I asked for a receipt, and he asked if the printout on the bag was ok??  Really, not even doing the work, overcharging even if you had AND you want to skate the tax and have a cash/receipt less deal. WOW, most every business in the world gives you a receipt as a common practice of doing business without asking I may add.

If you are going to go to the trouble to have shirts pressed it is important that the cleaners care about the outcome.  I am impressed with Dry Cleaning World. I needed the arms of a blazer shortened and it had to be done rather quickly for a business trip. He was very professional and worked with me on timing. We are using them again for our alterations.

Bad experiences with this place. They stapled their paper tags directly into my clothes on multiple occasions which created holes in my garments. Also, I have received dress shirts back with stains on them twice. When I approach the owners, they are never apologetic and never offer to refund the cleaning or replace the garments.

I dropped my comforter off early sept. I was told that the comforter for dry cleaning would take a little over a week and a half. (I was given a specific date- I just forget what it was right now) No big deal- that timeframe was a little longer than I expected but no worries- still was 5 stars at that point.

A couple days after my comforter was supposed to be done I swung by to get it and was told it wasn’t there. Uh what? Then was told it’s still at the shop because something about the seems of my comforter they didn’t realize. Ok whatever... the worker calls her manager and gives me a discount (when I was originally told the military discount would apply). Because now the military discount doesn’t apply to comforters.... the worker was nice but didn’t really have an idea how to fix it and was super nervous so I tried to be extra nice.

So then I come back to pick it up a few days later. She (whom I think is reviewed about before because I had the exact same experience). Got my comforter and continued to interrupt me over and over telling me how good of a deal I got. Original price was 30 and I got it for 23 or something. When she rung me out she originally said $32 was my total, and I had to tell her no I was told I get a discount. She continued to interrupt me and I was getting frustrated so I told her I would no longer be going there.

And now that I’m home using my comforter I’m 90% sure they didn’t clean it or if they did they definitely didn’t do a good job.

So to you, reading this..... go somewhere else trust me.

I have mixed feelings here. My first visit, the lady behind the register was very impersonal and did
not offer any helpful information up front. I came in with a suit and 2 winter jackets to get dry cleaned. I hung up my garments and tried to start a dialogue with the cashier. She interrupted me to say they will throw away my garment bag for my suit of I don’t take it out. Okay, no problem. I then ask, can you make sure all of the lint and cat fur is off of this jacket? Her next comment was “won’t be done until next Wednesday/Thursday”. I told her sure its not a big deal I don’t need a rush but I need to make sure...interrupted again before I could finish with “Whats your name”. The dialogue up to this point was what I would consider rude. So I asked her “Is there a problem, are you not accepting new customers?” She said “Oh no I just need info for computer” and then offered me a 15% discount. At this point she opened up a little bit and became somewhat more personable but still not very friendly.

All in all, because it was close to closing time and I needed my garments back by the timeframe she specified I went ahead and left my items.

The good news is they were done on time. Suit cleaning was very affordable at less than $10 for both pieces while the jackets were more pricey than I expected. Not a huge deal, about $45 for all 4 pieces.

I did however notice fuzz and some cat fur still on my jackets. And just a weird smell. Not like a clean fresh, but also not a bad smell....just weird. So I won’t repeat until I try another local cleaner.

Hope this review helps. They could improve their customer service a tad bit and maybe earn my business back. On the contrary, when I was coming in the cashier was having an ongoing jovial conversation with a gentleman who was leaving. Maybe its just my personal experience?

I work for Hilton and we use them for are uniforms. They will pick up and drop off clothes that's nice. they will also give use a monthly bill, again that's nice. However, they need to be told to "soak" the clothes for them to really clean the clothes you send them. They call so see if there any pick ups around 8am and if there are none at that time you then are screwed for the day for example a hotel guest stopped down around 830-9 am to give us his clothing and said he needed to be cleaned for his dinner that night. we called them back up and asked if they could stop by. We were met with nothing but, hostility and even though we use them all the time and pay them a lot of money they were unwilling to help or do anything. Lastly any type of repairs or "quick fix" type of stuff, don't expect them to get done right let alone get done in a timely manner. Further more for other recommendations look to swan or rockwell as much... much better choices

Despite the 4 complaints listed on this website, my experience was very positive and I would recommend Dale Cleaners in Grandview to anyone who asked. It's my assumption that these 4 indictments are characterized by exaggeration and exception. The customer service was very high quality, and my clothes came back clean and pressed at a very reasonable price. Both people I interacted with were very nice and helpful, they returned my clothes on the day they said they would, and it was $14 dollars for my suit. Just wanted to show you what I'm sure is the more normal characterization of Dale's Cleaners service, mischaracterized by the select few who were unsatisfied.

Needed to wash a comforter so I needed a laundromat with huge machines. This place has 2 that are massive (for $10/load which isn't too bad). Every machine works well, most are high tech with touchscreen controls, and the whole place is immaculately clean. There was a person on site to help at 10 am on a Friday. You want to do your laundry here!

I cant say enough good things about this spot. I love a good dive bar and this is among the best. Great vibes and cheap beers. They also have some of the best shows in the city. There are always great bands coming through. Plus, you can bring your dirty laundry!!

Very cool spot close to my college apartment and the perfect place to sit and chill at the attached bar while doing laundry. The bar has great menu items (non alcoholic too!) and have a stage for bands to perform as well. They’re currently revitalizing and are already looking phenomenal- super excited to see the finished product. I was overall very impressed by the atmosphere and environment and will definitely be coming back- would highly recommend for anyone in the neighborhood!

I’ve been using KONE Cleaners for over a decade and that’s because I’m extremely happy with their service and the quality of their work.  The young lady recently made me a pillow using the same curtain fabric in our master bedroom  to cover up an annoying little window. It turned out amazing thanks to her incredible skills.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received here 5/20/24. I took in a brand new with tags dress in and needed the zipper to be replaced as it was broken. I explained to the lady in the front that I wanted to sell the dress and needed the zipper replaced. Today I picked my dress up and not only was there a brown spot on the dress that was not previously there, but they also took the liberty of taking all of the retail tags off my dress and throwing the tags away. When I confronted them about this, they simply stated that I did not let them know not to take the tags off. It was my first time getting service with this company so I had no idea they take all tags off for any reason without notification. They never once mentioned this policy to me or asked me if it was okay with me for them to remove the tags. How is someone supposed to know that? I am livid, the removal of the tags de-valued my dress by over $300. I also would like to mention that there is about a 6 month old baby crawling all over the dirty floor as the seamstress does her job. Not only is this not safe for the baby, but also probably why they have absolutely zero professionalism. They also didn’t offer a solution or refund for their mistake. Take your business elsewhere, they do not respect their customers at all. I have attached a before and after of the tags missing. I can’t understand why they would remove them if they were in the way at all. Or at least put them in an envelope and give them to me with my dress. The zipper they put it was okay, they didn’t ask me what color I needed it to be or anything and they didn’t hide the very bottom of the zipper. They left it exposed.

I have used many dry cleaners over the past twenty six years, this place is wonderful. They are extremely professionally and really care about their work. I’m very pleased with this operation.

Clean, plenty of Machines at decent prices, good location. I've rarely seen an attendant on duty, and it often takes people multiple attempts to reach help via the posted number. Wifi's been out for months. No bathroom.

Don’t go here. I thought I could ignore how bad these reviews are and go and be fine, but I was wrong. Listen to these people. The dryer stole our money and we left with damp clothes. It also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or taken care of in years. I hate to be this person but go anywhere else 💔

I'm not coming back here! Large capacity machine which is newish didn't run the full cycle the owner of the place was in here and did nothing. Spent 30 mins wringing out a blanket and was able to stop someone from having to go thru the same doom as myself.  Machines cost any where from $3.25 for a small machine to $10.00 for a Xtra large washer. Dryers are either $1.00 to start for 20mins then .25 for 5 extra mins. Bigger dyers are $1.50 for 18 mins and .25 for 3 mins extra..  oh and there is the owner!!! Not the one in the pink jacket that's me of course lol

My first time at this laundromat and will never go back. I had an issue with a dryer and when I spoke to the so called manager, he was extremely rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Calling me a lier and wouldn't refund money.

This place is pretty nice considering the competition. It's really pretty clean and there is free wifi. They have lots of tables to sit down while you wait. Most of the equipment is all new and runs great. It's slightly more expensive than the competition but with the cleanliness and new equipment I think its work an extra 25 cents per load. It's also pretty quiet early evening week days so you can get in an out and not have anyone in your way.

This is by far the best coin laundry I’ve been to! The place is spotless, very clean and well organized, which makes doing laundry so much easier. What I love most is the convenience no need to worry about carrying coins since you can pay right from your phone. Super convenient, modern, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Used to love coming here, but when the machines look like this, it’s a hard sell. This was the worst one, but there were at least four other similar washers. Nice space, decent parking, but the cleanliness is the biggest priority for me, and they haven’t delivered that for a while. This was at the beginning of the day.

I stopped in after a quick Google search for closest coin laundry. I was passing through and had a bottle of wine fall from a local store shelf and break, soaking my sneakers with red wine.

The two ladies working on 8/6/25 around 1:00PM were absolutely phenomenal. They were very helpful and made sure I was well taken care of at this shop.

While awaiting my shoes to be finished, I witnessed their personality and greeting every persons that walked in/out and conversing with patrons. Genuinely kind people!

The attendant that works at the laundromat is pretty much always in a bad mood and surly. Slamming washer doors and an angry look on her face. It's uncomfortable, I do my best to ignore her. Last Saturday I was at the laundromat and she took my clothes out of the washer and put them in the dryer. I understand from previous reviews that is the policy. See I don't dry my clothing because I am 6' and I don't want my clothes to shrink. As I approached the desk and asked her to please not do that again, she started to scream at me. The next attendant was there for the next shift she asked her to leave. After awhile she then did let me know she was gone and I didn't need to be scared to go outside. Yesterday I came back to do my laundry on a Monday hoping she was not there. I walked in and she was there and proceeded to scream at me again in front of everyone and told me I couldn't come back. I have $20 on my PayRange account. From other recent reviews the surly attendant is spoken of. I do not think it is right for me to not be able to use my $20 to do my laundry. I think that is unreasonable.

I explained I did not want to leave a negative Google review. Personally I feel leaving a negative review is uncalled for. Just talk with someone. I was told by the attendant working that they could not give me the owners information. 🤷🏼‍♀️  I was never contacted. So leaving a negative review and talking about the $20 still on my PayRange account was my only option. I am of course not going to go back in to talk with someone who will then talk with you. The attendant I had this yucky experience with may be there. You have not explained how I will be reimbursed for my $20 on my account. This is ridiculous that this is being discussed on a public platform. I am fine with not using your laundromat but I am not fine with not being reimbursed. Again, this is unreasonable.

No way to break a larger bills even with attendance and the app that supposed to work can’t get soup - no way to pay by card or by Apple Pay or even with a large cash bill. The place is clean but can’t get my clothing washed as out of towner coming in.
