Inside was pretty clean. Machines are in good condition. Multiple change machines. A little higher priced than other places in town, but a larger facility, and there are tvs to watch while doing your laundry. The parking lot was full of trash.

Karen was great! The facility was accommodating.
Our washer and dryer broke and we brought all of our bedding. All of my clothes, all of my husband's clothes, all of my teenager daughters clothes from the last 3 weeks And bedding.  We were able to use two of the larger washers and two of the big dryers and we were done in 2 hours max.
This facility does not have an ATM. There is an office and the ATM could be available during business hours. The BP down the street has an ATM but is out of order most of the time. The washers take a credit/debit card, the dryers don't. That's inconvenient.  The dryers get too hot with a card reader so my recommendation would be to install 1 Bluetooth panel box for all of the dryers that take your card and you choose which dryer you're going to use. This is the highest rating laundromat in the city and I'm glad i got to meet Karen. I only had a few quarters to get the stuff dry and right before she left she had gone to her car and found some extra change quarters for us. We did not take them and asked her to give them to somebody who really did need that. She's precious. As true asset to this place. We'll come back just to see Karen!

Cleanest facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee by far! I use this laundromat every time I come here. If I ever get sent back, I will use it again. Thanks to the workers for all the hard work you all do to ensure this facility stays running smooth and continues to be clean.

Not too bad to handle the light work we needed. I felt it was pricey (over $10) for 1 oversized load to wash and dry. Could use little more cleaning around the edges here and there(windows, units, etc). Little bit of mold built up in the flap where detergent is put in. Little more cleanliness and lower pricing would get my 5 stars.

Have been using this cleaners at the Memorial location for 15 years. And I would never go anywhere else. They are fair, respectful, kind and professional. Quality word. They have even replaced buttons at no charge and one time they showed me something that happened to a garment and gave me credit. Always consistent high quality customer service and cleaning.

If there was a rating worse than poor I would give it to this business. I brought a never worn dress to Big B Cleaners because it had make-up on it when I bought it and they completely RUINED my dress. It has 9 places on it where string is literally hanging off of it. I don't even know how they managed to mess it up like that, it looks like they drug a knife across it. When we called them to complain not only were they extremely rude, they didn't even take responsibility for it because they said a local company cleans the clothes for them. I won't be able to wear the dress to the wedding I bought it for and I will never go back to that terrible place!

I went to show the owner that I was wanting my shirts that I picked up redone. Due to the fact that there were wrinkles in the back of my shirts that were unsatisfactory. He had an attitude with strong facial expressions because I brought my shirts back to him. I had asked him if he could fix it for me since I know from taking them to a previous cleaner it could be done. Maybe his business is so good that he feels he can treat people however he wants to...unkind, rude, unapologetic and could absolutely care less. BUT with a good few word of mouth to some people he doesn't realize he could lose business. All I asked him to do was to straighten out some wrinkles on the shirts that they hard pressed in the shirts. Terry acted like why are you making a issue with this. Well one reason is because I didn't pay you to put wrinkles in my shirt, I paid you to clean and press my shirts wrinkle free.

Dropped off this shirt to be cleaned before moving out of town.  The shirt wasn’t available for pick up before I left, as promised, and we were told that it was because they had to send it somewhere to have the “spots” removed. There were NO SPOTS on it when it was dropped off.  It just had makeup on the collar.  Weeks later it arrived in the mail, RUINED, and with this note attached!  UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced with any dry cleaning business. They make getting your suits cleaned and pressed quick, easy, VERY AFFORDABLE, and professional. I drop off 3x two piece suit and two blazers on Tuesday and to pick up Friday at 530pm $56.00. I received went home and check them . Not satisfied at all with the cleaning and pressed/iron . Looks like they were wash with whites because I had many white lints on my black,gray,blue suits . Still had my cologne smell so it wasn’t wash properly or at all . So much wrinkles on my blazer in the back . This was my first time using this location cleaners . Never again will I go again . It seems run by young High School students. I recommend you to go elsewhere. Sorry but you didn’t satisfied me for what you offer.

I would not recommend taking any items that you value to Clubside Cleaners. I dropped off a leather item to be cleaned, which they sent out to a third-party vendor. Not only did it take almost eight weeks for my item to be returned to me, the item had been considerably damaged with pin marks, peeling leather, etc. The customer service I received was very poor and Geoff was very argumentative. I was offered a minimal "settlement" that wasn't near the value of the item. I will be taking my business elsewhere and my complaints to the BBB.

I have used clubside twice since moving to the area. At my first visit, I was pleased with the price and product (a simple press to a dress shirt). Because of this, I felt confident in taking a bridesmaids dress to be pressed for a wedding I was due to be in. I asked for quick receive on my dress, and there was a mixup at the factory that caused my dress to be delayed a day. When I was able to get my dress back, I noted two spots on the dress that were not there previously. (One spot looked to be a smudge of something, the other was a white spot possibly caused by excessive heat or a blunt force) On top of that, I was asked to pay 20$ for what was just a press on a knee-length and simple dress (no fancy embroidery, beads, etc--literally a plain dress). Not happy and will be on the lookout for a new, trustworthy cleaner.
