This shop is owned and run by the kindest and most talented folks. They do a wonderful job. We have sent them huge comforters, delicate garments… you name it. We are always so thrilled with the quality of the results, and grateful for the warm welcome when we come by the shop. I’ve tried 6 or 7 different dry cleaners in town and this is by far my favorite.

I've been a loyal customer of USA Cleaners for years and have always appreciated their service—until now. My husband picked up our dry cleaning on Friday, but when he got home, I realized two dresses and a jumpsuit were missing. I immediately called and left a voicemail, hoping for a quick resolution. By Saturday afternoon, I still hadn’t heard back, so I called again. A gentleman answered the phone, and when I explained my issue, he insisted they didn’t have the items—without even asking my name or what the missing items were. When I politely asked if I could provide my name to help him look into it, he hung up on me. Thinking it might have been a mistake, I tried calling back, but my calls were sent to voicemail. With a trip on Monday and needing these items, I decided to go to the store in person. Unfortunately, the same man was there. When I explained the situation, he claimed he personally counted the clothes when my husband picked them up—yet my husband confirmed that there was no man present during pickup, and no count was done. While the man did eventually print out my ticket and check for my clothes, it was only after cursing at me and insisting it was “impossible” that items were missing. When I asked for the contact information for the “factory” that processes the clothes, he refused to provide it. After many back and forths, he finally agreed for me to be able to leave my contact information so that the other (lovely) women working there could help me if they found my missing items-though I doubt he will share my information based on how rude he was to me. Granted, even though my husband should have checked before he left to make sure that all of our clothes were there, all this man had to do was say he was sorry for what happened and would look into it for me. I have never been so disrespected by a business. Unless someone can help rectify this situation, I will no longer be a customer. USA Cleaners, this is not how you treat loyal customers.

Wanted to update my review, and share more positive feedback! Jenny is always such a wonderful and helpful person. I recently found myself in a pinch, needing my clothes in a pretty quick turnaround. Jenny took down my phone number and helped make sure that my clothes would be ready for my trip. Thank you Jenny! They do such a great job! Took me awhile to find a good dry cleaner in Nashville. They’re great!

every time i come in i'm greeted with a smile. i've been in so often that the beautiful and amiable Jenny remembers me at this point and already has my information pulled up. they're genuinely so nice and always offer to help bring everything to your car. they always deliver a great result in a short amount of time! convenient location as we live right down the street from them as well. however we have used other cleaners ranging from right down the street to as far as Gallatin Pike and were left unimpressed at best. USA Cleaners still comes out on top as one of the best choices in Nashville!

Best dry cleaners in the city. Jenny is top notch.
