Lapels

This was my first experience with Lapels. What a fabulous service they provide! I love the 24/7/365 opportunity to drop off or pick up. My garment looked great as well. I’ll definitely keep using them for my dry cleaning needs!

First and foremost, their system is incredibly convenient. Since my work hours are often unpredictable, I opted for the 24/7 drop-off and pick-up through the kiosk. Both processes were a breeze. The owner even personally called when issues arose to try and resolve them. I will continue to do business with this Lapels location.

So glad I found this place. I can pick up and drop off on my schedule, the automated system is easy to use, and they send coupons quite often. Highly recommend!

1/3 of the time my clothes come back with as many wrinkles as when I took them in. I complained with attendant and she said it’s nothing she can do about it. It’s the delivery trucks fault. Last week I picked up a $450 dollar designer jacket and it’s missing a piece in the back besides not being properly steamed. Same with pants (see attached pictures) . I am also missing a black silk dress. I have been patronizing their business for 3 years and spend at least $100 a month here. Decline of activity since going 24 hrs. Will not return and ask for refunds

I hadn’t been to this location in some time so encountering a totally automated set up was a surprise. But it turned out to be a pleasant one. Easy in. Easy out. Simple instructions. Several options to pay. Call me a fan ! Oh plus my garment was cleaned beautifully 😀.
