Actually have been pleased with their service for 20+ years. I have had things go missing, but invariably they will show up. I will return home with my cleaning and sometimes find an item that’s not mine but we return it. The front desk staff has always been helpful. Just the other day they returned cleaning to me that had been there since 2023, they couldn’t reach us on the numbers available to them(that was a little suspect), but we got the items back. But yesterday I closed down my account, and I am planning never to go back to this business again. I had taken a linen shirt to them, asked to have it folded for a trip. When I unpacked it noticed a handwritten yellow tag pinned to the inside of the shirt “damaged”. When I got back I took the shirt with the plastic and cardboard packaging back to the cleaner, they said that they check every piece as it’s brought in and tagged prior to being put to clean if it’s damaged. When I bring in my clothing I sort everything for them and they certainly didn’t tag anything. It’s a custom shirt that I may have worn 3 or 4 times. The damage was a rip under the arm but not the seam. Like it had been caught on something in the cleaning process and ripped. They said they would speak to the owner and get back to me. Yesterday I get a call saying the owner will not reimburse me for the shirt but the seamstress on site can fix it for me…but I will have to pay for it. No problem…plenty of other cleaners out there. You would think that my yearly business for 20+ years would be worth more than the cost of replacing a shirt. I get that I am one of a thousand customers and what if they all lost something or had an item damaged? Apparently the average dry cleaner pays out 0.3-1% of annual sales in claims. That’s not insignificant, but the way you handle your customer complaints says a lot about you. The injury was not being reimbursed, the insult was being told that their seamstress would fix it, at a my cost. That’s great, I get to write a review…then I get to tell all my friends that use the same cleaners what happened. They all may not care or think “Daniel, you are such a blowhard”…but I will get satisfaction telling everyone I can. Tim, don’t bother writing a response, especially like the other lame ones you have had on Google. Maybe get some insurance, maybe don’t feel like you have cornered the market(no pun intended). The best business people always are looking to be better, not complacent. Remember “the customer is always right”! 2/22/25 addendum: Tim your response is inaccurate and you are changing the narrative to deceive. I am attaching a photo of the shirt. The rip is not from a weakness at the seams. The seam is not even involved. It is probably a rip from one of your machines. I was never offered an $8 repair as you state. I was told by your employee that you texted her I would not receive compensation and I could have your seamstress repair the shirt but I would have to pay for the repair. You did call me but only after my review was posted. You asked what I would want to resolve the issue. As far as I am concerned, it’s resolved. I have removed my business from your establishment. Of course I would be most happy to see screenshots of the texts between you and your employee concerning my issue. That should be easy enough. Post them for everyone to see. Maybe you are correct and your employee misunderstood what you wrote. That happens when you text.

I’m not sure what that Daniel dudes deal is but I have had nothing but amazing service and experiences at this store. Always going above and beyond. There’s a goodwill down the street if he wants to get some “new” clothes without stains in the pits. Anyways. Best service I’ve had there. Thanks as always.

Been going here for a couple of months now and all of my items have been properly cleaned and well taken care of. When it comes to name brand items they know what they're doing great service.

I typically do not litigate on social media as I feel it is unfair to both the business owner and the customer, but as a response to your reply, Tim: the issue that I recently had with your business was the last of several I have had. I literally dropped off an alteration on a pair of pants only to have them returned to me, both times, with the alteration missed. The pants were sent for dry cleaning only instead of the alteration. I wasted 15 minutes at two different visits explaining to your Front Desk what needed to be done. It was explicit and they understood exactly what the request was…And there was a complete failure and breakdown on what was needed. Again, I was charged twice for dry cleaning pants that were sent for an alteration. Again, I told them no dry cleaning was needed, only an alteration. The dress issue that we recently had was simply the last straw for us going elsewhere. As you told me last week, you all have “communication issues.” it is obvious there is a complete disconnect between you and your staff, and your staff and the place that you farm out all of the clothing for dry cleaning services.

Absolutely fantastic service. Moved recently to Nashville and this place was recommended by a colleague, great turn around and friendly staff.
