The level of service in this establishment is stellar. You won't get every interaction right all the time, but here, with lapels you make it right all the time. I only made one visit for dry cleaning my blazer and didn't think I'd write a review, yet here I am. Keep up the good work. The future of garment care is the way this company is lead.

I drive all the way from Murfressboro to Franklin Lapels location because they are the best! The staff is always friendly and helpful especially Alma she greets me by name everytime. I recommend everyone I know to take their dry cleaning needs to Lapels.

We had a sad situation with a wedding dress that was damaged by a hotel. Lapels manager, Shelli, did everything possible to reverse the damage. Even though the hotel ruined the dress beyond repair, Shelli went above & beyond to help us. Highly recommend.
