Town and Country Cleaners

I have been using this clearer since 2010 and been happy. I am now missing a silk blouse and cashmere pants. The blouse one employee says they remember the other says they never had it. The pants seem to be a mystery to everyone. Not acceptable. I have tried contacting the manager and get no response...surprise, surprise. Very disappointed.

I dropped a $375 blouse off with Town & Country Cleaners in Franklin and they completely destroyed it. Furthermore, their customer service after the fact was non-existent and belligerent. The employee suggested I was lying about the condition I dropped the item off in, despite the fact that I have my original purchase receipt which supports my word that it was a recent purchase. They made zero attempt to make amends for my experience. I should be compensated for the cost to replace the item, but they wouldn’t even refund the cleaning cost. What a joke of a business. I would recommend staying away from this place and will not be using them going forward.

They are the kindest people! They do such a great job and if something is wrong the owner is nice and fixes the issues promptly! I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who was just so personable and kind, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with their service. I cannot recommend them enough. They’re a company that clearly loves their customers and wants to keep bringing people back. You can feel it in the interactions. When you bring your dry cleaning needs here, you’re a part of the Franklin community, and that’s a gift.

Cloths always come out like brand new!! I use them every time I'm in town and they are fast and efficient. Friendly staff too. Highly recommend.
