Disappointing experience. When I picked up my laundry, I found my laundry bag torn and a brand-new rug missing. The business only responded after an honest review—rather than addressing the issue, they simply begged for it to be taken down. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

First time using a laundry service (first time when visiting USA) and everything went great! Chlothes came back clean and nicely folded. We also specified to hang dry some items (gave them in a seperate bag) and they came back separately and ok as well.

Very quick turnaround time. He went out of his way to accommodate my request to wash and fold my clothes as I was in a hurry. He did an excellent job and I was charged a very reasonable price.
