I had alterations done for my jeans, a crochet dress, and a body con silk dress. All the employees are so kind and respectful as well as efficient. Alterations were done timely and not too expensive. They will also update you on your garment’s status via text, and it’s actually read and responded to by a human being. I was impressed with the results and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Little J's gets one star for having all but destroyed the cushion cover (one of two on my sofa) after doing the work correctly a year ago. Whether it wasn't dried properly or it was in the washer too long, to have properly cleaned both covers and dropped the ball this time would have been understandable had I not been told it was my fault because of wear and tear. Wear and tear did not add stains to the fabric. Wear and tear don't contribute to perfect condition on each side of the cover where someone sits, and puckered, dimpled, retexured fabric everywhere else. One star for near outrageous prices for tailoring (two skirts taken in cost $130. One cotton, one linen, both with very thin linings. $65 each). Zero stars for no integrity, absolute condescension, and denial of responsibility. Murray Hill and Kips Bay residents, to Naturalee Cleaners (560 3rd Avenue) for wash and fold, dry cleaning, and tailoring. Period. End of story.

Same day delivery, high end hangers, high tech status updates. Very impressive

I brought a wool winter coat in for cleaning. There was a small tear in the arm seam . The tailor was not present when I came in . I asked the clerk just to please have it cleaned and I would have it sewn later . A week later my coat was delivered my apartment building in a cleaning bag. How nice I thought. They delivered it and must have charged my credit card. A week later I brought in a dress to be cleaned and thanked the clerk for the delivery of my coat. It was then that he told me today my coat hadn’t been cleaned because of the tear ! . I will go elsewhere !

I had a terrible experience with this establishment. The tailoring was wildly expensive I would’ve just bought another piece of clothing. I wasn’t very satisfied w the quality of cleaning and the smell reeked on supposedly “clean” clothing. Would not come back considering how crazy the rates are and how backwards it is (doesn’t accept Apple Pay either). I think these reviews are by people who get incentive of $10 to post a 5 star review. Don’t be fooled
