EDIT: You have my contact information. I need a manager or owner to reach out to me. I’m not calling the store and speaking with the lady that works there. It’s clear she doesn’t make any decisions. As a business who needs to right a wrong, it’s your responsibility to get in touch with me EDIT in response to their statement below: They had every opportunity to make this situation right but didn’t. I received a phone call when I left the jacket for a second cleaning (at their suggestion) telling me it was a “manufacturer’s defect” that the color bled. To then be told it’s J Crew’s fault because they put white on navy. They have absolutely no intention of correcting their mistake. If they did, they would have offered to pay for the damages and refund my charge. They did neither. I regret taking this jacket here but regret more I didn’t look at all the one star reviews before dropping my item off. Do not use this cleaner. Absolutely horrific experience. Dropped off a new $300 navy/white J Crew blazer that I wore only once to have a spot removed. When I picked it up the navy color had bled all over the white. They kept the jacket for a redo. When I picked it up the second time, there was no change. I was then informed that it’s J Crew’s fault for putting white trim on a navy jacket because the navy can bleed on white making it non dry cleanable (what???). If that’s the case, why was the garment accepted? A customer should never pick up an item from a dry cleaner in worse condition than it was dropped off in without any sort of recompense. I wasn’t even offered a refund of the $10 they charged me to ruin it. And the spot that was the reason for the cleaning didn’t even come out. The only reason they get one star is because it’s required for posting this review.

Even with the name change and location switch, service has not faltered. We receive our linens fresh and clean! We also love that the cleaning is organic/non-toxic and you can tell because there is no funky detergent scent!

Put a tear in a comforter, wouldn’t take responsibility because it was over a week since I picked up because we didn’t notice as we had our other duvet on the bed. Paid too much money for them to return a damaged item THEY damaged to not make any attempt to reconcile. Won’t use again. Update: claims to know the condition of a comforter balled up and wrapped in plastic as if myself and the rude lady working up front inspected it before I left. We did not. They would not have known the condition of the comforter just as I didn’t until just opened it. Not even an offer to refund the money I wasted having them “clean” it. Terrible customer service.

Dropped 4 pieces off on a Monday for a trip the following week. Leaving on a plane early Sunday morning. Received a call on Friday morning (the day the cleaning was supposed to be picked up) to be told that they couldn’t get to it until the following Monday. We are welcome to come pick it up and take it Somewhere else. Never again!

My entire experience with Martinizing cleaners was great . From the moment my daughter and I walked into this establishment we was greeted with a friendly face took the time to explain their services and took very good care of my clothing definitely will be going back
