Took my kilt to have it cleaned and pressed. They were really helpful and even put in a rush. How ever when I went to pick it up it wasn't there. Had to wait for over an hour and was able to pick it up after 7 pm when they close. Got it home and wow not cleaned not pressed and response from the manager even though I contacted him directly. Well, they did not have my husband's expensive monogrammed shirt he uses for ministry ready on the promised date or even 2 days later. They then promised to send it to us as we travel and couldn't wait. Now they won't answer their phone so we can give them an address 😡 Very unprofessional

Terrible customer service and blatant dishonesty—avoid this place! A woman named Jessica, who claimed to be a co-owner, was incredibly rude and dishonest. I went to pick up two orders, and another employee confirmed that both were ready. However, Jessica insisted that I only had one order. She even lied and claimed that I had already picked up the first order when I handed her the second. To be sure, I checked at home, and there was no record of me picking up or paying for the first order. When I returned to the store, Jessica kept making excuses, blaming another employee for entering the wrong number. When I asked to speak to the owner, she refused, claiming that she was the co-owner and couldn’t provide any contact information. Not once did she apologize. Instead, when I got upset and raised my voice, she threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. This wasn’t my first issue with Jessica. Previously, when I complained about a button falling off due to their mistake and poor ironing, she was just as dismissive—never once apologizing. For a local business, their treatment of customers is shocking and unacceptable. If you care about honest service and respect, take your business elsewhere!

Sign on drive thru window said $1.99 per dry clean collar shirt. Drop dropped off 9 shirts. After doing so, lady at window said price went up to $2.25. I said I understand that. Yet the sign says $1.99 and you have honor that price since it would be illegal bait and switch if not. She said she will talk to the owner about it. She said I could pick up Tuesday. I did not hear back with them telling me they wouldn't honor the $1.99. Came in yesterday to pick up the shirts. Got and invoice & said $2.25. Told her she should have called me before moving forward. She said come and get your shirts the owner

I see this place has changed hands over the past couple of years. The current owners are doing it right. I come here regularly to have my lab jackets clean and pressed and starched as well as other dry cleaning. I’m always greeted with a smile. They always have my clothes on time, looking nice. For Halloween I purchased a used Tinker Bell outfit from my daughter that ended up getting ruined in the wash. I brought it here to get repaired. They quickly had it re-sewn looking amazing again for only five dollars. I particularly like working with Mowafaq. He’s so sweet. He reminds me of my grandpa. I will continue giving them my business as long as he is there.
