Certi-Clean Dry Cleaners

Be VERY clear about how you want something altered. I asked them to please even put the uneven hem of my midi dress, he asked me how much length I wanted taken off. I said no, I want the hem to be evened out, no length off (as much as possible). He even pinned it to only be about half an inch shorter. The dress I received back was a good 3-4 inches shorter and is now not heavy enough to keep the zipper from puckering oddly in the back. I called to tell them I was unhappy and they tried to argue with me. The workmanship is good, and they've been fine in the past, but I am disappointed in how they handled this situation.

Very friendly and quick affordable service. I brought a Komono I bought from Japan that somehow got oil stains from the only time I wore it last summer and they did an incredible job making it look brand new! My new go to place for my delicate items!

Been going here since I moved to Portland. Reliable, reasonable price. Have never lost my garments. Make it a point to highlight any tough stains, like ink. The husband doesn't have much English and might seem gruff at first but he's actually quite nice. The wife is super nice.
