I am staying at the Homewood Suites and asked to send laundry out to be laundered. I travel for work and I am always pleased when this service is offered. I regularly pay for this and regularly understand "service minimums" or paying more in general for convenience. That being said - I sent 5 items to be laundered. One pair of leggings, one tshirt, one tank top, and one pair of legging type shorts. Essentially my work out clothes. This was same day service as well. Again, paying more for convenience is part of the deal. HOWEVER - this is absolutely RIDICULOUS pricing and was not reflected on the hotel slip AT ALL. This place is taking advantage of hotel travelers.

I took my vintage silk suit for a gentle dry cleaning and they explained me the process. It was a bit of a gamble to clean a fragile silk garment. I was warned about the results and because some of the seams got popped loose, the tailor went ahead and stitched the lining back for me. It was not necessary at all but she was very kind for doing it. She also did not charge me extra for her work! I will take all my business there from now on. I am glad I gave this place a try after trying the other local dry cleaners. Service is great and VERY friendly overall.

Great experience on my first trip to Majestic Cleaners. Tailoring job was done when they said it would be, and the quality is great! Fits exactly as I had anticipated, thank you so much! I'll definitely be coming back to them in the near-future. Also, extremely friendly service -- they'll make you feel confident in their abilities!

Highly recommend doing business here. The staff are super friendly, their prices are fair, and their turnaround time is fast. I’ve been going here for almost two years now and I have never had an problems. I’ve taken dress clothes, delicates, linens and more. Five star review for this dry cleaning company!

Majestic Cleaners also goes by Blue Ribbon Cleaners, provides dry cleaning services to my work. They are always losing our uniforms. They're either late or never show up. We've received other businesses uniforms before, as if they looked the same. I wouldn't use these people if I had the choice and I am told we are looking at switching service providers as well. UPDATE, We're using BusyBee Dry Cleaners for our uniform services. So far great service, always on time and professional delivery drivers.
