Tower Cleaners - Nolan Hill

DO NOT TRUST WITH VALUABLE CLOTHING! I chose this company based on its high rating, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I specifically asked if they could repair a Canada Goose jacket, and they assured me they could. I had one small area where the velcro was coming off and decided to have all the velcro pieces replaced since the jacket was 5 years old. The repair took 3-4 days longer than originally quoted, and within one week of wearing the jacket, 3 of the velcro pieces started falling off and becoming fuzzy and worn... 100x worse than before. I brought the jacket to another company for assessment and they pointed out that this company should never have sewn the velcro pieces through the jacket, more shockingly through the down. Their poor technique caused irreversible damage to my jacket, which can never be fully repaired, and will cost me hundreds of dollars to partially restore. While the girl at the counter was pleasant and apologetic, the management and overall quality of work are shockingly low, no manager contacted me. They did refund me and offered to fix it, but I wish they had declined the job from the start. Instead, they ruined a premium jacket I hoped to keep for life. I do not recommend trusting this company with high-value or premium items.

The Nolan Hill location has wonderful staff, they do a wonderful job with their customer service. The lady working on Saturday was so lovely and she is a professional for sure. Props to the team at Nolan Hill! If I could give her more than five stars I would, she deserves it. 5/5 stars!

Insanely good deal I got for my blankets.. and the girl in front desk she is such a sweet and humble , helped me carry my blankets to my car that was parked very far. Overall what a good experience my blankets are clean and fresh and properly packed Thank you tower cleaner Nolan hill

Excellent service! They cleaned my Canada Goose jacket perfectly - restored it to like-new condition without damaging any of the down or special materials. Quick turnaround and fair price. Will definitely return for winter coat cleaning.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
