Excellent service! Always very kind and pleasant. All of my clothes look brand new when I pick them up. I recently had patio furniture covers cleaned. I had many pillow covers as well seat and bolsters. They were pretty dirty and they looked spectacular when I got them. I was very impressed. The clothes etc also smell very clean and no strong smell. I use to live in an area where all they had was Tide and I don’t like Tide the scent is so overpowering. I went in hoping to get a pair of jeans and two pairs of jean shorts taken in at the waist. The woman I spoke to at the counter was very professional, accurate in her measurements, and clear in her explaining on how the work would be done. (She expressed concerns about getting the matching thread color and how they would dye it to get as close as they could.) She said they could have all of it done within five days.

I came in today to pick them up, a little nervous on how well they would fit, and they are all PERFECT. The thread color is so accurate that I would swear they used the same thread. Everything fits better than when I originally purchased them at a different size. On top of that, all of the alterations cost me less than what it would have to have purchased new pairs in a smaller size.

I will 100% be going to them for future alterations. So so impressed.

I had left my debit card in the shirt pocket of one of my shirts, and they called me from their Columbia location and offered to bring it up to Franklin from Columbia that night. I brought my dress in to get cleaned first thing Friday morning when they opened and they had it ready for me by 3pm the same day! The dress even had a stain and some snags and they fixed them both! So thankful would definitely recommend!

Very disappointed with this organization.  I dropped clothes off, returned as told only to find that my items had been dropped at another location by mistake.  I go to the other location and find that they were not there, they were now back at the location where I dropped them off.  Of course, now it is closed.  There was no concern or remorse from anyone there that I spoke to.  If you are looking for good customer service, this is not the place to go.

Had my daughter's school shirt altered here. I called last minute when I realized it was an Adult Size large. It was too long reaching her knees and sleeves past her elbows. I marked the shirt before I took it in. The stitching was great. I initially called to see if they would take it same day as soon as they opened. They werent surw at all but called the seamstress to check. I was ok with that. I paid for it, but it was worth it to have her shirt fit for Friday. I'm so greatful they were able to fit me in. They were really nice and very pleasant to work with.

Jeremy and the entire Moon family are great. They go out of their way to get things done with my tight schedule. I’ve never had any major issues with the end result, and they’ve made repairs that I didn’t even notice were needed. The price is in line with other professional cleaners in TN and cheaper than many in other cities.

Tried this business out. They offered a 20% discount for new customers on their website, but don’t have rates posted anywhere easy to find. Saw a couple of reviews saying pricing is reasonable/good. So, dropped off two items (girl’s dress and sport coat.) and asked them to apply the new customer discount. (They also had a 20% off dresses on the website, though I didn’t need that with the new discount.)

When I went to pick up, I asked again for the new customer rate. Then she ran my card at $25+. No discounts. When I asked about it, I basically got an “oh well…I’ll take care of it next time.”

I never understand why 1. Dry cleaners make it so difficult to take advantage of their own discount offers. 2. Why it’s always “nothing we can do” once they’ve charged you. You can run a credit to fix the error. You just choose not to.

So, to avoid a $5 discount, I guess they chased away someone who is looking for a reliable, convenient place to get dry cleaning done. Still on the lookout.

(And they charge a 2% fee to use credit cards, which is pretty amazing to me these days.)

I have been using this clearer since 2010 and been happy. I am now missing a silk blouse and cashmere pants. The blouse one employee says they remember the other says they never had it. The pants seem to be a mystery to everyone. Not acceptable. I have tried contacting the manager and get no response...surprise, surprise. Very disappointed.

I dropped a $375 blouse off with Town & Country Cleaners in Franklin and they completely destroyed it. Furthermore, their customer service after the fact was non-existent and belligerent. The employee suggested I was lying about the condition I dropped the item off in, despite the fact that I have my original purchase receipt which supports my word that it was a recent purchase. They made zero attempt to make amends for my experience. I should be compensated for the cost to replace the item, but they wouldn’t even refund the cleaning cost. What a joke of a business. I would recommend staying away from this place and will not be using them going forward.

I’m very disappointed and so upset.  I took a coat in to be routinely cleaned three weeks ago and it’s been ruined.  It’s a Mackage coat that explicitly states do not clean with perchloroethylene.  I’m assuming it must have been used as the coat sleeves and length shrunk 5 inches.   If it wasn’t for how expensive the coat is, it’d be comical.   The sleeves don’t even come close to the wrist.  I called the business and spoke with Michael who is terrific.  He said to bring the coat in so they could see it and he’ll talk with the owner about it. So I dropped it off last Monday and called today to see about the outcome of the meeting with the owner. He said the coat was unshrunk and to come pick it up.  A little confused I drove over and picked it up. Little did I know you can unshrink a coat. Even more surprising was that you can attempt to unshrink a coat without asking the owner’s permission before you do it. They did succeed in unshrinking it and also completely ruining the coat. The texture of the material went from silky smooth to rough and stiff.  It looks like a very old fleece jacket.

Destroyed my fox fur coat by using wrong chemicals.  Need name of owner to settle this loss

Family owners, great people. My only advice is they need to do a better job understanding that heavy starch means stiff collars and creased sleeves.
