I actually don't live close to this store at all, so why do I  rather drive 20 min. to this place, instead of another dry cleaner that is much closer to my home? Because of their service, of course. I've been greeted by 3 different guys, and each time they were very friendly and helpful. The service is also quite top notch, and the price is also quite right. Will continue to use this business, and highly recommend.

I brought them my husband's military dress blues he needed for our daughter's wedding. When I came to pick it up there was a gold button missing. They thought it was likely missing when I dropped it off, and I was pretty sure it wasn't, but none of us knew for sure. The man who helped me was very nice and called their seamstress to see if she had a replacement button. Later that day they found the button. I live an hour away, so I had someone else go to get it, but a woman there had for whatever reason taken it home with her. She thought it was really funny. We didn't. She agreed to refund some of the cost due to all the trouble and multiple trips from well out of town. When I went to pick up the button the next day the young man that was working there was very polite, but let us know that he could not give us a refund. There was no way I was going to make another trip out there, so we just left it at that. They did a perfectly good job cleaning the uniform, but I'll never be back due to the woman who unapologetically mishandled the whole situation and then lied about making it right.

These guys are awesome. Always on time. Clothes are done perfectly. And in years of using them they have never damaged any of my clothes - which is a first among the previous cleaners I’ve used in Knox.

If you are within a 10 mile radius of this little dry cleaner, it needs to be your go-to. The lady who runs the place to so very nice. They do a great job on everything we give them to clean, school jackets, my husband's suits and dress shirts, my dresses and slacks, etc. I would completely trust Karns Cleaners with anything I needed dry cleaned.

These folks are great.  The woman who runs the front is no-nonsense and is so good at what she does. She has sewed patches on a vest for me, done alterations and gotten stains out I thought would never come out.  Highly recommend them.

Took a karate gi here to have a patch put on. Very specifically showed the guy where to put the patch and even had him pin it. It was put on completely crooked. There was also a significant hole in the front of it after I got it home that wasn't there before. Brand new $180 gi ruined by incompetence. This guy was also smoking inside the building when I went to pick up my garment. Absolute joke of an establishment. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

Had an impromptu funeral that I needed to attend and my suit was a little dirty from the last time that I used it. Brought it here and they got it done in less than 2 days. Unbelievable service and for the price you can't beat it. I'll definitely come here again

Called them on a friday morning (after multiple calls to other cleaners) to ask if they could have my 80 yr old uncles 3 pc suite ready in 24 hrs if dropped off by lunch for an unplanned funeral for his wife, my aunt. Both aunt and uncle were very heavy inside smokers. Suit had hung untouched in there for 5 years. This place said they would rearrange to get it in and done before he needed it on Sunday for the funeral. Picked it up Saturday, looking and smelling great! They got the smoke smell out and Uncle was so happy he got to wear it to lay his dear wife to rest. Thank you Korner Cleaners! I want you to know how much this gesture meant to my uncle.

This is the best dry cleaner I’ve ever used! They removed stains from my favorite blouse that I thought were impossible to get out. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the customer service is top-notch!

I dropped off two wool jackets to be dry cleaned. After I picked them up and brought them home, I found out that they track clothing by affixing a heat sealed bar code with a green stripe to the items. They attached the bar code, which they told me afterward is intended to be permanent, directly on the fabric of my jackets. The label was on the inside of the jackets but visible because they were close to the edge. The sticker isn't big but it was quite visible against the dark fabric of my coats. I brought them back to the cleaners to have the stickers removed. They tried using the heat press, a tweezer, and a safety pin, but weren't able to remove the stickers from the material and had to send them to the central office. They did successfully remove the stickers but there is mark where they had been that looks permanent. The only response from the person who worked there was "no one else has complained."

I had awful experience with King Cleaners company. I brought my husband suede jacket in January for cleaning. It has a big spot and asked them if they can remove this spot.  They said they will need to send this jacket to a leather company and ask them.  One week later they said they got answer but I need to wait up to six weeks and pay up front. I paid the price hoping they can fix this problem. In 7 weeks I asked them if they have any news about jacket. They said they will call me back when it will be ready. Nobody called me back. I came a few times to check on the situation with the jacket and every time they told me we will call you. Finally after 3 months of waiting I went again and on another visit they said the jacket had arrived. I brought jacket home and my husband and I open the plastic bag. Imagine our surprise when we saw that spot was still there. I went back and said that it is not an acceptable job. The woman who worked here said I need to discuss with the owner. My husband and I came to talk with him. He was very rude and said he can’t provide any guarantee for this type of job. He said if you are going to repair your car you can not expect that you will have a good result and we are the same. I asked him if he was satisfied with his company’s job and he said in this case he would not even bring the jacket to their company. Why was I not told this in the beginning. There was plenty of time to evaluate and tell us they can not do a good job. So, after waiting 3 months and paying full price we did not get satisfactory results. Paying money for nothing…

As I dropped off laundry. I was told I would get a text they are done. Never got a text. When I got there. My clothes weren’t ready. As I looked my clothes over. They still have debris on them. The store did refund my money. People don’t care about good quality service.

I definitely do not recommend getting services here - Unbelievably bad dry cleaning technique and the worst quality of service in Knoxville.
The owner "Scott" ruined my shirt, and he only said, "It is a problem with the material, I didn't make the shirt. I don't have any responsibility for it.". The shirt was a really good quality one (ALICE + OLIVIA's 100% silk shirt, new one), and I haven't had this kind of problem with other dry cleaning shops. If you want a dry cleaner dealing with delicate and good quality fabric, please go to other good dry cleaning shops (King Cleaning has been in business for 40 years does not mean that the current owner is competent).

Very unsatisfied customer of 9+ years, during that time I have used King’s bi-weekly delivery service. My service was abruptly stopped without notice because I was, “not providing them enough business.” I attempted to call the business for clarification and was told I would receive a return phone call the following day. I did not receive a return phone call, so I called King’s again and spoke with Scott who was extremely rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. I strive to use small businesses in Knoxville but it looks like I’ll be taking my business to another establishment with better customer service.

As a first time customer I was very disappointed. I took a wedding suit to get pressed for a family wedding that was on July 6. I dropped it off on Thursday June 27 and told the employee I was going out of town and would pick it up on Friday 5th. At that time she should have told me that they were closed that weekend. I called every phone number associated with this owner to see how I could get the suit. I called the number on his door 208-1035 and explained to them the situation and pleaded with them to return my call. No one did. I had to buy a second suit for the wedding which brought the total over $800. When I went to Kings Cleaners the young man I spoke with said the phone number I left message with was owner's wife and if she had contacted him that he had a key and I would have gotten my suit. I was assured that I would get a call from Scott King the owner the following day. I never did so when I called him he had left. I called the following day and he said he had not heard anything about it and I tried explaining and told him I left a message with his wife. He told me she was not on call 24/7. I understand that but if my husband's business had an issue I would not ignore it. I am out $800 because of this and it was not my fault. He did not have a sign up on his door when I dropped off my suit. I wanted some kind of compensation but he said my story doesn't match with his employee. I guess not, since she doesn't want to loose her job. It is obvious that he does not need my business but I hope he can sleep at night knowing he caused a major hardship on my family. I hope his wife can sleep good as well. I give this 0 stars.

My son and his new wife took their suit and wedding dress to US Cleaners in Farragut the day before flying out of the country on their honeymoon. US Cleaners gave them a price, they agreed upon it, prepaid, and planned to pick up their dry cleaning when they returned.  Unfortunately, on the first day of their honeymoon out of the country, they received a voice mail from US Cleaners saying that the prices in their computer were wrong and that they owed another $93.28.

I then get a call from my daughter in law who is understandably upset and doesn't know what to do, so I told her I would go to the Cleaners and find out what was going on. When I arrived at the Cleaners the employee that was working at the time was aware of the wedding dress and explained that the young man that took my daughter in law's dress was unaware that the prices in the computer were from 2022 and should have charged her more... This is NOT my daughter in laws fault and should NOT have been her concern on what should be the happiest time of her life!!

I asked for the dress and the employee told me that it had already been sent out so I paid the $93.28 and gave them my number and asked that they only call me and to please not bother my daughter in law on her honeymoon.

Three weeks have passed with no call, and my son and his wife are back. My daughter in law went to US Cleaners and they proceeded to tell her I asked for the dress to be boxed, which is absolutely not true.  When my daughter in law questioned the owner about it and prices were compared, the owner got mad and then refused to clean the dress that they had said was already sent out to be cleaned three weeks before! She then refused to clean it and said she was going to refund the money.

The money was refunded. It was all refunded to my daughter in law's credit card, and when I called to inquire since my card had been charged the owner was terribly rude to me.

This entire situation was handled in a very poorly and I would not recommend using this dry cleaner.

I dropped my wedding dress and husbands suit off after our wedding, paid to have everything cleaned up front, and left for my honeymoon. While on my honeymoon, I got a voicemail from the company saying they haven’t updated their prices in the computer in 2 years. If I wanted my dress cleaned, I owed them another $90. My mother in law paid it. A total of 3 weeks went by and I went to pick everything up. I spoke to the owner who was very rude and hostile. Her employee apologized for the hostility even. She tried telling me that my mother in law came to pay to have the dress boxes. I played her the voicemail that her employee left and said “the price we paid doesn’t even fit with your boxing prices “ (boxing price $270). She then told me my dress hadn’t been sent out yet (3 weeks after my wedding). I was so frustrated. She ended up hanging up and calling me back saying she wouldn’t clean my dress and I had to pick it up across town at their king cleaners location. They did give me a refund but this is horrible customer service, I refuse to agree to a price only to have to pay more after the fact, and they didn’t even send my dress out. I would not go here. It’s shady business.

My go to location.   Only issue is their opening hour is shown as 0730 on Google but they don’t open until 0830 per the sign on the door.

We had a small issue with an alteration I paid for and I was impressed how they took the jacket back to get it fixed without charging any extra.

Moments like that really separate the great customer service companies from the rest. I'll definitely be a regular client now

Front counter clerk was quite a joy, such a happy sales clerk, funny and charming character. A joy to visit for superb cleaning services

Stay away from this establishment and others owned by this owner.  Ruined an expensive suit.  It was either done by chemicals or by excessive heat.  This was a suit I only wear for funerals and weddings.  Took it in after the Christmas holidays for cleaning. Did notneed to wear it until recently.  Did not notice the area on the pants until someone at the funeral made mention to me.  Returned to Deluxe to see what could be done.  The jacket had a couple of areas as well.  Was told if I had returned it earlier may something could have been done.   To me that was admitting they made an error, and had no intention of resolving the issue.    Go to Yelp and see the reviews for this establishment as well.  STAY AWAY AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS.

Let me start by saying that before writing this post, I sent this location and the location where the owner often works a certified letter requesting that the situation be made right and that I wouldn’t bring a negative light to their company if that happened. They did not respond or resolve the situation.

They have sold/lost/donated my wedding gown without ever trying to contact me. I was married during the pandemic and had some health complications shortly thereafter. After dropping off my husband's suit and my dress, I was told I’d receive a call when they were ready. Never did. So after calling and stopping in a couple times, they finally had them back when I returned in June 1. I paid for the suit, but was told by the clerk to check the dress because it still looked very dirty to him. After seeing that the dress looked like it had never been cleaned, and even had new stains, I agreed with his assumption. He offered to have it recleaned or to let me take it without paying so that I could try elsewhere. I agreed to let them try again. He said they’d call when it was ready since it took so long the first time. 25 days later, that location closed. They supposedly transported everything to the Millertown Pike location. I waited for a call and never received one. With my health issues, my dress became a smaller priority until the November. I saw the note on the door of the location where I originally left my dress telling me to go to Millertown. I went there only to be met with an elderly lady who was extremely cold, unkind and dismissive. After being told FOUR different stories about what happened to my missing dress, she told me to call the owner but that she couldn’t provide his name or number. I called him only to be met with a similar experience. Cold, rude, dismissive and yet another version of the story. With all of that said, they’ve lost my wedding gown and will not attempt to find it or reimburse me for it. Please do not trust this location or the other locations owned by this man. My heart was broken, and this was completely avoidable if they’d just done their job.

Worst customer service ever. The front lobby lady receptionist was the most rude person I had ever met.  I made a complaint to her about service that I had requested for my clothes was not provided. She didn't care about my concerns regarding my clothes not being the way I had requested upon their drop off. She was more interested in me paying for my  clothes and even took my clothes back and threatened to have me locked up for expressing my concerns for a job no twell done as I had requested. Never will I use them again.  Poor customer service 😫

Had suit damaged by cleaners and did not fix problem. Had to wear suit to funeral with a big stain on the jacket and pants. Took back and it was my fault because I did not give them more time to fix the problem they created. I had to travel back to Oklahoma. Stayed extra day because of their mistake. They would not correct and mail back to me. Worst of all they made the mistake and would not refund the cost of cleaning my suit $11.25.  THIS BUSINESS HAS NO PRINCIPLES.
