Stay away from this establishment and others owned by this owner. Ruined an expensive suit. It was either done by chemicals or by excessive heat. This was a suit I only wear for funerals and weddings. Took it in after the Christmas holidays for cleaning. Did notneed to wear it until recently. Did not notice the area on the pants until someone at the funeral made mention to me. Returned to Deluxe to see what could be done. The jacket had a couple of areas as well. Was told if I had returned it earlier may something could have been done. To me that was admitting they made an error, and had no intention of resolving the issue. Go to Yelp and see the reviews for this establishment as well. STAY AWAY AND WARN YOUR FRIENDS.

Let me start by saying that before writing this post, I sent this location and the location where the owner often works a certified letter requesting that the situation be made right and that I wouldn’t bring a negative light to their company if that happened. They did not respond or resolve the situation. They have sold/lost/donated my wedding gown without ever trying to contact me. I was married during the pandemic and had some health complications shortly thereafter. After dropping off my husband's suit and my dress, I was told I’d receive a call when they were ready. Never did. So after calling and stopping in a couple times, they finally had them back when I returned in June 1. I paid for the suit, but was told by the clerk to check the dress because it still looked very dirty to him. After seeing that the dress looked like it had never been cleaned, and even had new stains, I agreed with his assumption. He offered to have it recleaned or to let me take it without paying so that I could try elsewhere. I agreed to let them try again. He said they’d call when it was ready since it took so long the first time. 25 days later, that location closed. They supposedly transported everything to the Millertown Pike location. I waited for a call and never received one. With my health issues, my dress became a smaller priority until the November. I saw the note on the door of the location where I originally left my dress telling me to go to Millertown. I went there only to be met with an elderly lady who was extremely cold, unkind and dismissive. After being told FOUR different stories about what happened to my missing dress, she told me to call the owner but that she couldn’t provide his name or number. I called him only to be met with a similar experience. Cold, rude, dismissive and yet another version of the story. With all of that said, they’ve lost my wedding gown and will not attempt to find it or reimburse me for it. Please do not trust this location or the other locations owned by this man. My heart was broken, and this was completely avoidable if they’d just done their job.

Worst customer service ever. The front lobby lady receptionist was the most rude person I had ever met. I made a complaint to her about service that I had requested for my clothes was not provided. She didn't care about my concerns regarding my clothes not being the way I had requested upon their drop off. She was more interested in me paying for my clothes and even took my clothes back and threatened to have me locked up for expressing my concerns for a job no twell done as I had requested. Never will I use them again. Poor customer service 😫

Had suit damaged by cleaners and did not fix problem. Had to wear suit to funeral with a big stain on the jacket and pants. Took back and it was my fault because I did not give them more time to fix the problem they created. I had to travel back to Oklahoma. Stayed extra day because of their mistake. They would not correct and mail back to me. Worst of all they made the mistake and would not refund the cost of cleaning my suit $11.25. THIS BUSINESS HAS NO PRINCIPLES.
