I've been using this dry cleaning service for over a year now, and they never disappoint. They always do a fantastic job on my suits and dress shirts, ensuring they are spotless and well-pressed. The turnaround time is quick, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, the staff is always welcoming and helpful. A great local gem!

Unfortunately, my experience at this dry cleaner was not the best. I brought in a delicate silk blouse, and it came back with a small stain that wasn't there before. While the staff was apologetic and offered to re-clean it, I was disappointed with the initial outcome. I hope they can improve their quality control in the future.

This is the best dry cleaner I’ve ever used! They removed stains from my favorite blouse that I thought were impossible to get out. The quality of their work is outstanding, and the customer service is top-notch!

I dropped off two wool jackets to be dry cleaned. After I picked them up and brought them home, I found out that they track clothing by affixing a heat sealed bar code with a green stripe to the items. They attached the bar code, which they told me afterward is intended to be permanent, directly on the fabric of my jackets. The label was on the inside of the jackets but visible because they were close to the edge. The sticker isn't big but it was quite visible against the dark fabric of my coats. I brought them back to the cleaners to have the stickers removed. They tried using the heat press, a tweezer, and a safety pin, but weren't able to remove the stickers from the material and had to send them to the central office. They did successfully remove the stickers but there is mark where they had been that looks permanent. The only response from the person who worked there was "no one else has complained."
