Stumbled into this shop after trying out several other dry cleaners. This was the nicest, quality dry cleaning service, and the owner is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone over the big businesses.

I used the kingshighway location for 2 years before I made the decision today to stop using this establishment. Horrible  communication and customer service. The kingshighway employee was kind to me until I was disappointed with the clean job on an item. He accused me of doctoring photos of the item and said he has no idea how to file disappointment with a job. I called the “main” office on Clayton and henceforth began a weeks-long process of getting my bag re-cleaned by their leather vendor who cannot be reached for communicating. Number provided out of service.  It had been two months and just now I’ve been informed the bag is waiting at the kingshighway location. The “manager” at the main shop stopped taking my calls at Clayton rd (even when I’d wait a week between calling for an update). I had to block my number and surprise! She immediately answered. “he was supposed to call.” “I have no idea when your bag was returned” “ you have to go get it and there is a phone number written on the tag”
I will no longer use this shop for dry cleaning and let all my neighbors in south city know.

Been going here for years- but every time I pick up I have missing or broken buttons.
The last time I went they lost 2 buttons on a very expensive skirt (they tried to replace them which I appreciate but the replacement buttons aren’t even close)  and broke 3 buttons on a Burberry jacket.  These are very expensive fixes.  They do a great job  dry cleaning- but they end up costing more in repairs than they’re worth in cleaning.  Tried so hard over the years to make it work.

LOST A $2000 SUIT PANTS… JUST THE PANTS!! How do you lose JUST the pants?!  When I asked them to replace them they said “their insurance only covers up to a couple hundred dollars”… which is not my problem! Get better insurance or don’t lose people’s stuff! I’m still out the entire amount and they still haven’t returned the jacket. It’s been over a year.

The worst customer service! First time and last time using this cleaners. They also claimed my shirt had stains on it when it was dropped off but was not, so they clearly didn’t launder it before pressing it. Oh this must not be a cleaners.

In response to your reply OWNER!! The camera footage showed the shirt already pressed which doesn’t not support the stains was there upon drop off. And to speak about good customer service and you feel as though she is “A” customer favorite she definitely was not mine! With hanging up when trying to an understanding on why my shirt is damaged, to walking away while asking her questions, including not being spoken to in a professional manner. Well I personally love June she provided me with options as a professional would.

I've gone here for years but not often.  I hadn't visited since 2019 and was nervous after reading negative reviews.  Nonsense!  The new? owner is professional, confident, and friendly; and they seem very organized and efficient.  I observed one customer pick up 40+ shirts they had dropped off the same morning.  I had a two-piece wool suit done in under 24 hrs.  It was definitely not lost, and it looks perfect.  A+
