WITHIN AN HOUR of my posting the below, the owner called and bent over backwards to make the situation right. I am very impressed and will continue to go to Orchid Cleaners.Started out great. Several months of great service and clothes looked great. One shirt shrunk up nearly two sizes on its second or third time being there. No offer to reimburse for money paid to ruin the shirt, much less reimburse for shirt.

Very pricey. $24.79 for a suit and sleeveless top. They said they’d text but never did. I had to come twice for pickup because they couldn’t find the items the first time when they were due. Will not return

Very disrespectful.  The guy called me a liar because his seamstress sown the patch on the wrong way.  I paid for 5 patches and paid but one was on the wrong side.  Cleaner error.  But he wanted me to pay again, which I wasn’t because they were at fault.  If you go here make sure you document everything.  $5 isn’t much but I don’t pay a penny over if it isn’t my fault.

Horrible business gave me someone else jeans and claim none of their customers are that size really... they stole my 100 true religion jeans...

When this place hits, they knock it out of the park. But when they miss, they refuse to take responsibility. Brought a brand new red dress purchased online in to be pressed. Picked it up at 8:30am because no one was there to open at the posted 8am time, got it home and the crease free dress now has a visible large blue smear stain on the front. Immediately returned to Cypress Cleaners where BeBe shrugged and stated all she did was press it, it was stained when I brought it, but I didn't see the stain through all the wrinkles. After I pushed back on that convenient excuse, she said she would "try" to get the stain out, but ultimately, they are not responsible. I no longer trusted BeBe and her flippant attitude to even try so I took the dress up the street to Town & Country Cleaners where Alfred greeted me with a smile, removed the stain within 15 minutes, and did it no charge.

I recently took my uniform jacket for dry cleaning. It was the second time because it's a job well done in a timely manner. However, I was given an attitude for not bringing in my paper receipt. I understand it's policy but the owner complained how it was becoming a regular problem that most customers weren't bringing in the paper receipt at pick up. After I suggested a new system that I had seen other dry cleaners implement I was met with an arrogant reply of they are too busy for new systems.
If you have a problem in your business please fix it. Don't give your customers a hard time for a system that you clearly know it's not working. Everything is digital. You should implement systems that make it easier for your customer, not harder. There's other dry cleaners in town that would love to have our business which needless to say is where I'm going and every other customer you don't respect.
The people paying for your Mercedes Benz are your customers. The least you can do is treat them with respect.

Took a dress to be cleaned and one for alteration.  They did a good job. The only complaint I have is that I waited 15 minutes for them to open.

I very rarely have clothes dry cleaned or pressed. I was unfamiliar with this area and found this business online with great reviews. They weren't wrong . They tackled an expensive white linen suit that needed a lot of help and had it looking new. The turn around time and quality were top notch and the faculty were kind and honest. I highly recommend.

I took a large order in recently and requested that starch be applied to the shirts and pants creased. The shirts did not have any starch the shirts more wrinkled than when they were dropped off. I have had them to redo some pieces because pants were either not creased and/or starched.  I also gave them a comforter set which was expensive. The comforter was so wrinkled underneath when I received it. I hope to find another dry cleaner that will understand the needs of the customer.

After moving to this area, I thought I would try this place out despite some questionable reviews on Yelp and Google. I dropped off two blouses, one white polyester sleeveless shirt and one gray cotton button-down shirt. When I took them home after paying for both of the shirts, the white shirt looked fine but my gray shirt came with a big splash stain that covered the upper right front and back of the shirt that's never been there before. Before taking it into the cleaners, I literally just wore the shirt the day before for work and it had no visible stains.

I took it back for a re-do and I called them afterwards to ask about whether or not the stain came out. The lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude to work with. She said she will give me a call back after asking her workers what happened to the shirt.

I waited near their closing time and no one called me back. Therefore, I drove to store to find the parking lot empty with no customers inside. She said she didn’t get to calling me back, uh huh, sure. Then she said she wanted to treat my shirt once more, really insistent on cleaning it once more. She even said my shirt was already chemically treated with stuff i can’t remove at home on my own, and already in the machine. There was no way I was setting my foot in that store again with her dishonesty and poor customer service skills, so I refused to leave without my shirt. She dug out my shirt from the hamper behind the register treated with this mystery chemical and gave it back.

It's a simple gray cotton button down shirt with zero stains to start with. They left a splash stain AND still charged me for the subpar service! Their overall cocky attitude, poor communication, and dishonesty are unacceptable and I hope no one else has to experience what I experienced at this establishment

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst possible attitude of the attended. Past that, she won't even tell me the options I got for my dress shirt starch level (hard/medium/low). She said, " You get what you get". Literally!!
Have been meaning to write this for a while. I gave the benefit of doubt that may be she is having a bad day.
Few days later, when I later came to pick up my shirt, she behaved even worse. Now all my dress shirts smell bad and I paid for that. Obviously never going back and would suggest everyone to not go as well. Pay a few $$ more somewhere else, but don't put up with this.

Town 'n Country Cleaners

I dropped 2 pairs of dress pants off for a professional hem stitch , thinking it would be just a day or two at most. After ALMOST A WEEK of not being able to wear the pants because that's how long it took I finally was able to pick up the pants. At 25 dollars they did a stitch that was worse than the one I had on there when I dropped them off!!! The reason why I needed them done is because I didnt have time because I was working last week and was willing to wait a little longer for a professional stitch on my professional dress pants. Stitching on dress pants should be blind and it just takes a little longer to set up than I had time for on my sewing machine last week. Now I have to undo the stitching that they did which is WORSE than what I had done when I dropped them off and do the correct stitch. But I'm out 25 dollars and out a whole week where I couldn't wear them. The owner REFUSES to give us a refund. He says he has to see the pants but will not stop by to look at them. Then changed his tune and said he might not give a refund after all. I WILL never go here again and not only that I will recommend to everyone they not go there. The owner says he cannot refund until he sees the item. Here it is. Plain to see.

They cleaned & pressed my vintage 1985 prom gown and it looked brand new.
I had a dress emergency caused by another dry cleaner business who refused to take responsibility. Alfred greeted me with a big smile, had the stain out within 10 minutes, and didn't charge me. From now on, I'll drive the extra distance and give Town 'n Country cleaners all my business. Thank you again, Alfred! That was my birthday dress you saved.

We gave them 2 shirts. When we returned to pick them up they were attached to each other and that made a hole in one of the shirt. When we went back to them they didn't care. He tried to fix and made it even worse. So unprofessional and poor customer service.

Great place to get your dry cleaning done it's been in town since I was a kid and I'm 36 so it's been around for a while. The people that work there are awesome and I got my shirt done same day, fast service very reliable!

I have been using Town and Country for clean and press of work attire for over 5 years now.  Harish and the employees at Town and Country are professional and communicative.  They always deliver on time and do fantastic job for a fair price.  If I need something quick I can have it back in a day.  If not I let him know and they're typically completed the next business day.  If there are stains they let me know that they need more time and if I'm not satisfied with something they've always addressed in a timely manner.  I would recommend to anyone.
