Disgusting and unsafe. People sleeping outside business.

As a fellow truck driver who is on the road a lot and washes at MANY laundry mats, i came with just truck alone no trailer ... I have never came across one that was extremely disrespectful towards the very moment I got there. I got yelled at LOUDLY and publicly about my parking when I did my best to park it as nicely as I could, while I put my clothes to wash, I threw out a bag of trash, which was also yelled at about, I did not see nothing about no paying costumer not allowed to throw trash out and when almost done I AGAIN for the 3rd time got yelled at for something I already got yelled at in the first place. I felt harassed at this point. I was extremely uncomfortable. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, will let all fellow truck drivers that they are not truck driver friendly unless they want a horrible experience.. this place not only needs new employees , atleast ones that are respectful.. its one thing to say something CORRECTLY and another to just straight up be unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Will never come here again!!

I only did laundry a few times throughout my life , it's something  I need to  learn I'm trying. The nice lady that works here helped me out ! Also the nice lady from family Dollar gave me good advice !

What a disgusting establishment, that yell at their costumers , the black lady there was so disrespectful and I really want to know the "law" on parking there Supposedly she said the owner watches people and was told for her to yell at paying costumers and also getting yelled at for throwing trash there while I was paying for services. DISGUSTING!

I am grateful this laundromat is close to where I live. I have always been happy with how my cloths come out. It's great there are both bathrooms and attendants available most of the day for helping and for our comfort. I would like to call out Darlene, she has always been friendly and happy to help and answer any questions I've had, even when she is extra busy, and always a pleasure when I come in.

Open 24 hrs, 7 days a week. Recently started coming here and it’s a great place. Plenty of washers and dryers. Machines are well equipped and kept maintained. Full time service area including delivery and pickup service.

Old woman that works at this location on Saturday afternoons is very very rude. I was at the machine trying to transfer money onto my EZ clean card and I was trying to put my debit card in the slot where it was supposed to go. All of a sudden she starts screaming at me from the other side of the room to not use that slot and I'm going to break it. Okay... Here's an idea .. If you're not supposed to use that slot maybe you should cover it with a piece of paper that says "DO NOT USE".  There was no need for her to treat me like that in front of a whole laundromat full of people. She really needs to get her attitude adjusted or retire!

24hr self serve .. Love this laundry center site is up to date on washers and dryers they are maintenance hourly and daily for best results. Site has app and card system and coin dispenser machine. The app is (fast card) can see in pictures app allows you to see ,pay and time you machines. Sites washers range single ten pound loads $2.50 to commercial heavy loader at 80lbs at 8$. Dryers are always cleaned this site also has drop off pick up service and even delivery service. Site also sells all laundry needs and laundry bags

i've been going here for a while but the elderly lady that works here is very rude. i asked her to use the bathroom key i went to the bathroom to wash my hands as i leave the bathroom she’s mumbling about me saying i should’ve never asked for the damn key to just wash my hands when theres a mop bucket sink i told her that i didn’t know and that is there a problem i went to the bathroom whether i sat on the toilet or not moral of the store don’t go here lady needs to retire and she got an attitude.

The service is great, but you just need to update the text message you send out the evening before pick up. What I mean is the only option is to press Y for the pickup and there's no option for no pickup. And then you still try to pickup when I opted for no, then the confusion start's. And your calling the service I use saying David's pickup wasn't out there, and then there calling me to make sure everything is ok and this happens every week. Other than that like I said in beginning SERVICE IS GREAT... One other small thing I gave you about 4 lbs of clothes including a very thin comforter this week, I got my clothes back but no comforter. I did this 1 other time and received everything back, I don't understand why I didn't receive my comforter and have no idea when or how I'm going to get this back... Sorry so long but you said you wanted some insight to improve so that's all I have, but the TEXT MESSAGE needs OPTIONS....Thank You and have a great day...

Excellent service of picking up and delivery.  Extremely pleased with cleaning methods and folding of my garments. I've known this cleaner most of my my life and my mother in law, deceased, is a cousin of the Dermody family. I had heart valve replacement in January and this provided service is such a load off my mind. No pun intended (lol). Thank you so very much, all of you. It's a blessing you provide this service to the elderly 🙏

Dermody was prompt and delivered my shirts washed and pressed on the day they said they would.  The driver was very friendly.  Of course the shirts were clean and perfectly pressed.  I will continue to use their pick up and delivery service.

My husband dropped off his suit to be cleaned and pressed on a Saturday that would be ready for upcoming Wednesday which was fine at the time.  He forgot he needed earlier for his dad‘s wake & funeral so he called asking them if they could have it ready sooner. The clerk answering the phone was so pleasant and told him not to worry. Long story short , the suit was ready for pick up 3 days earlier. Above and beyond customer service.

With 4 locations, using Dermody Cleaners for your washing, drying, and/or dry cleaning needs is easy. The stores are clean, well-lighted, and nicely maintained by friendly staff.

2 male employees walked around, kept looking at me but never told woman I was there.  Took easily 4-5 minutes before she saw me and came out. Need to be a bit faster responding to customers standing at register. A bell or buzzer might help since guys at this location seem unable to relay, there's a customer. Do not feel I'll be returning there.

This is the best laundromat by far in Taunton! The owner Mike goes above and beyond to fix with any needs you may have. He gets back to you very promptly! Any questions or issues I had he answered them so quick and fix the issue above a timely matter. So, if you want the BEST laundromat in Taunton please check them out! And the staff that work there are so great, very respectful and does their job 110%!!

I've been going here since it opened. Sadly the new ownership seems to not care about up keep of the machines, they always seem to be broken or not working 100 percent. A laundromat is for convenience and this place seems to be an inconvenience. Too many times its coin only, but they have a loyalty card that you can't swipe...nor is there any loyalty program in place any more. When you need to reload the card it seems to be hit or miss if you can. If you swipe your debit card at the machines they put a hold on your bank account I've come the to conclusion they have lost my business and I will tell others if they ask to find a better place. They use up all the machines for drop off services so be happy if you get to use some machines.

Came here this afternoon with my 2 small children due to my washing machine breaking. For a Saturday afternoon I was pretty impressed- it was steady but wasn't slammed in there, but it was also very clean, including the bathrooms! All the machine's appeared to be kept in good working order. Not overpriced, and the machine's take quarters or debit card. Was also surprised at the amount of space to move around- you'd never know from the outside. There is a nice area kept away from the doors with books and a chalkboard for small children to play. The woman working there was also pleasant.

Nice and quiet place. Usually has washers and dryers available. Great staff 👍  They are very helpful when problems occur.. Oh....  And they have free WiFi and shows/music to listen to. 😃
The only problem I have is that they don't have a ramp for people in wheelchairs or people pulling carts. It would benefit people.

Washing machines all have mold and smell like mildew. Homeless people are always camping out either inside or right out front and harrassing patrons. The laundry mat is messy almost constantly. If they had someone working there on a more constant basis, it would definitely correct most of these issues. This used to be a great place to go and wash clothes, but it has definitely gone downhill in recent years. It's obvious that the owners are not showing the amount of attention and care that they used to.

Very clean and open 24/7 all year round pizza store next door and also the dollar store as well.they also sell soap liquid and laundry bags as well. Overall I like this place.

just moved to the area an figured I'd give this place a try since it was close to me after the machine took $3 from me I turn around & there was bugs on the laundry cart just running around I'm absolutely disgusted!

The attendant keeps it clean there. There were not many people when I went which is a surprise because this chain of laundromat is always packed. I went to another on Winthrop St and there were no washing machines. This one is smaller laundromat and there aren't as many washers. On the plus side they do have the regular size washers.

Good place. Nice and cool in the summer. Free laundry cards and rewards/discounts.
Have to go on days it's not super busy and people are doing every piece of laundry they have and using 12 machines and leaving a mess. The washers should be cleaned and sanitized though for the amount of business they get
