I had an item that they recommended should not be pressed due to how the dress was structured, not only did the owner call but he provided suggestions and indicated no charge although they did attempt to press the item as desired.  Have been a customer for over 10 years, they are the BEST!

Dropped off 14 pieces of Dress clothes (including suits), extremely impressed by how quickly and perfectly these were cleaned and pressed.

I also dropped off a dress and blazer for my wife, a bartender had spilt something all over her satin-ish dress and blazer and we thought they were ruined. I received a call from Martinizing letting me know they needed to be hand washed and wanted my permission (of course I said yes) and they came out perfectly.
