Staff not friendly.  They do not listen.  Work is sloppy.   I've dealt with them for a few years and they do not smile.   They gave me someone else's clothes and kept part of mine.   I had to go back and get there error corrected.   No apologies, no thanks, just turned on their heel and went back to talking through their ear buds.    I won't bother them again and will tell everyone I see about their terrible way of doing business.

I just moved to Edmond in January.  I was looking for a good dry cleaner in close proximity.  This place is very convenient, so I stopped by for the first time, to try it out.

I had such a great experience, I kept dropping off more items!  Every single time I go in there, it honestly makes me smile!  Apparently, new owners took over about six months ago.  This is now a family run operation; not sure who previously owned it.  The girl at the front desk is absolutely lovely every time I walk in the door!

Great service and hospitality with reasonable pricing for my first dry cleaning experience. I am thankful they were able to work with me and ensure my suit were cleaned properly and ready when I needed them for pick up! I will definitely be coming back to say the least.

Ruined an entire batch of white clothes. Honest mistake. They admitted they had and we agreed on a replacement amount based on purchase receipts. They dragged out writing a check for a month and then gave me a check for half the amount we agreed to. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while but looking back it just seems shady and I never returned.

Never before have I had to regularly use a dry cleaning service but my guy needs his items looking nice. After quickly discovering that I didn’t have the time to make this happen for him I stumbled upon the Dry Clean Super-center because it was right across the street from the Danforth Walmart location. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly, professional & courteous. They even have a drive-through window where you can drop off items and pick them up! They are always fast and efficient and they will even put your clean items in your car for you during pick up! Anything that I drop off is always ready right on time. In the 18 months that I have weekly used their services they have never once lost or damaged any of our items. Our clothing has actually lasted longer because of the care they use in cleaning them. If you drop it off by 7 am it will be ready that same day by 5pm. Don’t forget... they will recycle their hangers! Also if you feel that you may be a regular customer simply ask for one of their bags to make dropping off easier. I think their prices are extremely reasonable. I’m very thankful that I found this place when I did.

Excellent work! Joanne was super friendly and polite. All the staff was friendly. A wash and fold service was completed same day. Our lab jackets and blankets were very clean and folded crisp. Fair prices as well. Highly recommend, I will definitely be a return custom.

We have a custom made fully silk wedding dress worn once only. Wanted to clean before the wedding. I have asked many place to get a good care of 10K worth of dress. I ended  up with Legacy. When we are dropping off the dress we asked everything to make sure if they take care of. They were really confident and telling me bs about how experienced they are.

We went to take the dress and my fiancé saw the dress,  she almost lost her mind. That beautiful dress they ruined and Liz in the store was telling me better to take it a Taylor. They were so rude to us. She also yelled to my fiancé.

We had a wedding on Sunday but it’s Thursday and dress is ruined. They told me they will fix it. When I called the Legacy in the morning about the dress update someone on the phone told me “are you kidding me calling in the morning “ they are so rude and careless. They also told me owner will call you but it’s been a week nobody called me.

If you care your dress don’t even think to take your dress there. Highly not recommended. 😡

First time using this service and I have to say that it was the quickest turnaround on a dry cleaning service I’ve had. My suit came out looking brand new after being stored for quite some time, and the attention to detail they give is top notch.

Good pricing, good people, and most of all, high quality work and effort.

Will definitely continue to use their service for work uniforms and further dry cleaning.

Joanne, the manager, is awesome! We are recent customers to this location. My daughter was married last month and I needed 20 floor length tablecloths pressed 5 days out from wedding.  Dropped them off around 10 AM and they were ready the next morning. They looked great, and I couldn't believe how quick the turnaround time was - didn't expect them next day!  This will be our new go to for all of our laundering and dry cleaning needs.

Professional place. I felt bad for taking so long to pick up my comforter. I was expecting to hear them tell me how much the fee on top of the regular cost of the item, but that never happened. Maybe he should actually value new customers. They say first impressions are everything, well this place sucks in my opinion.

This place is filthy! The lady behind the counter was on the phone the entire time I was here. It wouldn’t take much effort to sweep the floors and get rid of a bunch of unnecessary junk lying around. There is no air conditioning here. Soooo hot and it’s not even summer yet. 🤪 Was just down the road at 2nd St Laundry last week. It’s a MUCH better facility.

Features of note - unhelpfully rude management, profoundly disgusting & non-functional bathroom fixtures, and it's not what is expected from such an establishment for the area or the greater Edmond commerce as a whole.

Massive vehicle damaging holes across the parking lot, trash and cigarette butts abound, clothes left outside, stains on walls and floors, and disturbing smells are some atmospheric highlights.

As far as cost for this wonderful place, it seems as though the machines are around 1 dollar more expensive than every other laundromat on the same street.

Go elsewhere. This is an embarrassment to Edmond in the shape of a laundromat.

Owner has a riding horse in there for kids but told the kids that were in here to get off of it, and she also opened the door on our dryer and stopped our clothes from Drying to clean the machines. My underwear fell out of the dryer when she did that. The bathroom is disgusting ,there are no paper towels, and the hand dryer is broken. You have to wait 5 minutes for the toilet to fill Back up After flushing The water in the sink Barley comes out. It’s extremely hot in here. the bill breaker  is broken, and only one of the change machines work.

Absolutely not acceptable on any level machine took my money attendant extremely rude and abrasive. Google says they are open until 12 he was pushing us out the door before 10. It's cluttered and dogs inside the building are friendly but stink.

Do not come here. It smells of mold, and a third of the machines don't work. The machine got stuck with quarters cuz theres detergent clogging the money slot. The lady running the place was taking a nap on the ground when I asked for change and accused me of jamming the money slot saying I don't know how to put money in and said I was a problem. Do not go here, nothing is wiped down and she has a dog without a leash or collar roaming around inside.

From the warm cookies and cold water bottles (both free), to the way the staff know me when I come in the door, this is one of those places with a phenomenal sense of customer service.

They even helped to save my marriage.  I'd dropped off some clothes for my wife and, having forgotten to pick them up, got a phone call reminding me of my omission and offering to drop the garments off at my house.  My wife was about to go out of town for business and needed those suits!  I cannot begin to explain how well taken care of I feel with this service.

Also, they get my clothes quite clean and do so quickly at a very reasonable price.

My 500 dollar suit jacket was returned to me in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off dirty.  The jacket and pants had lots of white fuzz all over and the jacket didn't look like it had even been cleaned at all.  There was glitter on the collar and a scuff on the shoulder area and looked dirty.  The work quality has declined quite a bit since I first started coming here 3 years ago.  I will be taking my business elsewhere.

After being charged for a $14 "dry clean" instead of a "press". Calling to ask why I was charged for the difference and being told "a dry clean and a press is like the same thing I think.. it's the same amount of stuff you have to do so there's no price difference". I get home and take my dress out of the cleaners bag to it ALREADY WRINKLED. So, I paid $14 for a brand new unworn dress with tags still attached to be in the same wrinkly condition I had originally dropped it off as. I'm just really confused at this point why I even took the time and money to have this pressed.

I decided to try Legacy since they are a little more convenient to my home.  Service was fast and friendly, but their prices were WAY out of line.  They charge $2.25 per shirt.  Needles to say, I won't be going there again.  I get the same prompt and courteous service at my old cleaners, Uptown Cleaners on Penn, for a reasonable cost.

I’ve been using them for a few years for general dry cleaning and have always been satisfied with the quality. I recently brought in a delicate hand wash only dress with a tough stain. They talked me through the pros and cons and offered a solution. They were able to get the stain removed and the dress cleaned. Very satisfied with their work and customer service. They continue to earn my business.

I’ve used this Tide location since they opened and have never had any problems. Always friendly and polite. They’re very responsive to any questions or concerns regarding special requests. Clothes have always been ready when promised, many times even early! Drive up drop off and pick up are very convenient. I’ve never used it, but they also have 24 hour drop off and pick up if you have an account with them. Cleaning and pressing has been top notch! I’ll continue using them and recommend you give them a try.

Dropped off 2 brand new white lab coats (never worn.....  fresh out of the shipping package).  Had them dry cleaned and asked for heavy starch.  When I went to pick them up they had been done with light starch and the sleeve had brown stains on it.  There was a tag on the hanger that said .......Soil Mark!🤷 They offered to redo them both but I was afraid to let them have another go at it.

I have used several cleaners in the area since I moved to the area. I have been with Tide Cleaners for over a year now and am very pleased with the way they handle everything from personal relations to tough stains on the fabrics. They are always welcoming and helpful with loading and unloading and are very timely. I have always been able to pick up when they say and they have never had to search for my pieces of clothing or comforters. I would recommend this Tide Cleaners to anyone.

I dropped off two pairs of dress slacks to be dry cleaned at 7:15am.  I received a text saying they were ready for pickup at 4:00pm the same day.  The slacks were clean and looked great.  They did not smell bad either.  Some previous reviewers stated their clothes smelled bad when they picked them up.  Mine did not smell bad.  However, I did not have my slacks starched.  Maybe it is the starch chemical that was making people’s clothes stink.  Everything was great with my experience at this place.  I would defiantly recommend this particular Legacy Cleaners location at NW 164th & May Ave.

Dropped off around 830am.  Specifically asked if they would be done before 5. I was assured multiple time my clothes would be done by 5pm the same day. I had a trip out of town the following morning. So it was important that I had them before close the same day.  Never received a text that they were finished. So I went in before 7pm(closing time). They said they were done and delivered to a different location. This location I have never been to. So I was unable to bring my clothes with me on my trip. Poor communication. With a huge lack of empathy or care for their customer. The clerk acted like it was my fault they were delivered to the wrong address, and then blamed it on her manager.  Poor poor customer service. I do not recommend Legacy.

Dropped off clothes on Monday and was told they would be ready by Tuesday.  Went to pick up clothes and Tuesday and they still weren’t ready. Was told to come back on Wednesday. I went twice on Wednesday and clothes still weren’t ready.  They were closed for Thanksgiving so I was told they would be ready by Saturday. Just went and my clothes still were not ready.  Now I have to wait until Monday when I needed they clothes for TODAY!  No one could give me any reasons as to why my clothes weren’t ready.  When I asked to speak to he manager I was told I could call her on Monday!  If I ever get my clothes back I will NOT be using them ever again!

I was declined services because I have a medical exemption for wearing a mask which is allowed as part of the Edmond mandate. I was told to use the drive through but I was unable to. This is discrimination and unlawful according to the American Disability Act.

My mom took four pairs of pants to be hemmed to 27 inches. Cory didn't write anything down. When he did, he wrote the instructions to take in the waist to 27 inches, basically ruining the pants. Scotts solution? They will pay for the pants and give her in store credit for the $80 alterations. As if she (or I) would ever use their services again.
