This place had lots of seating and a few vending machines and lots of large washers and dryers. The pricing is hard to figure out because when you put your card in it charges you extra. It’s a little dirty and run down looking. The dryers turn off and on an take forever to dry your clothes. It’s easy to find, open 24 hours, plenty of parking, restrooms, and vending machines. I wouldn’t leave my clothes or feel comfortable coming here by myself. Ten out of ten recommend going in the day or checking out another location.

I wish I could give negative stars because this place is absolutely horrible. The worst place I have ever done laundry. The machines that " did work" really didn't the clothes did not come clean at all. I would say probably half of all the machines have out of order signs on them. The restroom is padlocked shut. The place is filthy. I will NEVER come here again.

They have 21 machines out of order. Last time here water was coming up out of the floor and you had to wade through it to do your laundry. Bathroom is ALWAYS gross. No wifi and no tv to watch either. Much better ones in Sevierville. Friend said the machines have been out of order for over a year. Cleaning crew uses a leaf blower to clean the floor and tables then have dirt and dust on them. Change machine takes so long to dispense coins that you will think it ate your money. Bills have to be facing certain direction before it will stop spitting the bill back out. Roaches running aroung at night on the floors.

Tried this place, it was disappointing and nasty.  Not clean, sewer water in one machine marked out of order and none of our laundry came out smelling clean, but moldy smell!

This place is a disaster...I saw the positive reviews and wanted to support a small business owner, big mistake. There are more machines out of order than actually working (dryers specifically), the supply vending machine is just reading hieroglyphics, and it's utterly disgusting. Rent a cabin/house with a washer and dryer, it's an oversight I'll never make again.

This is a fairly cheap place to wash clothes. We are new to the area and went out trying to find the perfect laundry mat. And I think we've found it! The owners were cleaning the place when we arrived and did an excellent job in doing so. They were extremely kind to us. We had several big loads of clothes to wash. And we were done quickly. Very efficient! Thank you. We will be back.

The glass in the door broke while my clothes were washing. There is no EMERGENCY number for weekends. 10 out of 18 washers working currently. The women's bathroom is out of toilet paper. I've been robbed of the cost of the washer load as I had to rewash the load. Hopefully, I got all the glass out!!

If dryers and washers actually worked wouldn't be a bad place. Dryer 4 I wasted over 2 dollars almost an hour on drying 1 load and guess what still wet. Not damp still cold and wet. Moved to a different dryer and another dollar and still waiting. Called the number on the board and guy wouldn't do anything about it. Don't waste your money here. As they don't seem to care.

Out of town for work, so don’t use laundromats to often; but holy crap for sticker shock. At those prices buying working machine would be well worth it.
Many broken machines and doesn’t look like an effort has been made to fix, except “Out of Order” signs. This is the junkiest laundromat we’ve been to

I had four washers going and one started leaking everywhere I called the owner who told me his washers don’t leak there must me something in the door even after I told him I opened the washer to make sure before I called that that wasn’t the problem. I opened it again and made sure there wasn’t anything in the door and closed it and have videos of water pouring everywhere still and when he sent his wife she said oh you didn’t latch it right. Like there’s no start or stop button it won’t start unless the washer is latched so how did I not have it latched right. Another girl couldn’t keep her dryer doors from coming open and was complaining because the last time she tried this laundry mat she had issues as well and said she would definitely be somewhere else as well. If they would fix their machines it would be a good laundry mat with pretty good prices.
