What a joke.  I took a uniform there to get dry cleaned.  It was new and this was the second time being cleaned.  The stripes on the sleeves were a whole 2.5 inches off from where they should be and the pants were an inch off when they pressed them.  The whole day I had on pants leg creased in towards my crotch.  I took them back after work and first he gave me a hard time because I took the tags off.  I said I had to work and didn’t have a choice.  I took pictures, re-pressed the shirt and went to work.  Then after arguing with me he finally agreed to correct them.  He kept blaming it on the previous crease and maybe the pants being manufactured wrong.  All crazy because when I dropped them both off the creases were perfect.  Also, how does that explain the shirt?  I checked the stripes and they couldn’t have been sewn on any more perfect.  It was clearly somebody having a bad day and being sloppy.

Anyway, got the pants back and of course they are double creased. Not even worth going back and arguing with him.  $80 wasted and now I need to go buy new pants again.  Avoid the place that if you respect the uniform.

Wonderful people, I had an emotional emergency and they took care of my clothes without any questions. We used to use French cleaners in UC but they are terrible now. U Save Cleaners is the only place we go to for expert cleaners and expert service!

SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE. My mother went to have a jean jacket pressed. When she received her jacket after the service nothing was done. The woman on staff said they can redo the service for her but couldn’t give her refund and would have to pay AGAIN to redo the service. The woman explained to her she would have to ask owner the morning for a refund. My Mother paid again, and waited to ask for her refund. When she returned for the second time the jacket was, once again, not pressed and the owner refused to refund any of her money. The woman on staff apologized and said “I would have refunded your money but the owner won’t let me” I feel bad for the staff, they were kind and helpful but the owner is a dishonorable business owner. It is just bad business to not take accountability for mistakes that we’re made. Don’t waste your time or money, you will not get what you pay for.

I used this cleaners several times in the past.  Had a few items dropped off but once i picked up and got home;  shirts were not were not starched and intact very wrinkled.  My suit coat had wrinkles pressed into them creating little "wave like" wrinkles on the front.  And nothing smells clean!  I can't get the wrinkles out of the jacket and I need it for a funeral in the morning. It appears they startched the wrinkles into my jacket.  Pants also wrinkled!  All other items wrinkled.. smh... Imaybe they are under staffed or under trained but come on man!

I had a sudden death in the family and had to buy a pair of pants and a shirt. I ran into the store not knowing if they’d be able to have them ready first thing Monday morning (today being Saturday).

I explained my situation to Tony and he was extremely understanding and helpful. He assured me that despite the lack of time he’d have me ready first thing Monday.

This may seem like no big deal but I do appreciate his willingness to help and understanding of my urgent situation. With my mom passing away this simple act is a huge deal given the circumstances.

Great service, super fast turn around. Do not bring clothes with dog or cat hair on them! Make sure you lint roll the clothes yourself before you go (if your kids threw their uniforms on the floor and you have pets.) Super expensive for them to do every piece. It's only happened once. Never again!

These folks do a nice job.  I like it that they give you a receipt when you drop off.  And their service is quick, usually the next day.  But those prices!!!  Sometimes I can’t believe my bill.  Making fewer trips to the cleaners for sure!

Customer service is up and down, depending on who’s there to greet you. The vibe is not very welcoming at times. Prices for a few pair of shirts and pants are way too EXPENSIVE.

Asian lady has an attitude as if she doesn’t want to provide services. Get her out of there especially after spending $60-$70. I guess my time and money doesn’t mean a damn thing.

We took in a large (for us) order of suits/professional clothes for dry cleaning. When I got the order home, I discovered that my new white suit jacket was decidedly off-white. Yikes! I took the jacket back the next day, explained the difference & the friendly team at the Schertz/3009 location immediately volunteered to make things right. I picked up my jacket today & it is in perfect condition! Thank you for empowering your team to take care of issues - and for the great job restoring the jacket color (plus all the other items from the original order - it all looks great).

Tried this location after the other Dutch Boy location said I missed their dropoff time and would have to wait approximately 48 hours for pick up. THIS location said it would be ready the next day, and it was!!  Shout out to the incredibly kind people behind the desk too. -a refreshing change from today’s norm.

I went in last week to drop off a formal gown, a blazer, and two button-up shirts. Their work is AMAZING! The service was completed the next day by 5 pm given that I dropped them off late in the afternoon the day prior. Very friendly service!

I have been bringing my suits and jackets here for some time. The work is always done on time, and the clothes always come out looking great.

Recently I took a chance purchasing some thrifted wool dress pants and brought them in to Midtown Cleaners for a proper cleaning and press. Midtown Cleaners was attentive and careful in pointing out some of the wear and tear on the pants (even pointing out some minor details I had not noticed). Unfortunately, I did not realize that they had been machine-washed in water, which can destroy the shape of a dry, clean-only garment (as they took the time to explain). They were in rough shape, for sure. But Midtown Cleaners told me they would do their best to make them look as good as new.

They exceeded my expectations. The pants look great! They really do look as if I just got them off the rack. I really appreciated them taking the time to go over the details with me and the care they took to give them new life. It is rare to find that level of customer service these days.

This is a great family-owned and operated business.   Karen and Bill are “owner - workers” who are on site.   Friendly and welcoming and know their customers.  Excellent prices!   Been using for two years since moving to Windcrest.  Perfect results every time.   They also do small repairs, buttons, minor rips.    There are not a lot of businesses around like this anymore.

Took my king size comforter in to be drycleaned, just took out of plastic to put away and found it had been washed, NOT drycleaned! I had asked it be drycleaned only!The filling was in big lumps AND it had an L shaped  rip
that was not there when dropped off ! I will not use nor recommend this establishment again!

Update , Owner has graciously agreed to pay to replace comforter and refund the cleaning cost. We are in agreement mistakes, accidents happen and communication is key. I will be using this establishment again, we all deserve a second chance and the owner was very helpful.

The lady working there overcharges thinking I didn't pay attention or I'm not aware. The price is clearly printed on the window but she decided to charge almost double. When you pay by card she also added on to the total bill. Businesses cannot charge you a convenience fee if it is not publicly displayed. This is not a honest business.

I took my outfit and needed it the same day.  Wasn't expensive at all.  As long as you go before 9am, you'll get taken care of for same day.  I honestly went because when i looked online,  another place advertised if you went before 9am it's same day service.  When i got there the lady had no idea what i was talking about and i needed to show her the add. She even asked if it was for her business.  I showed her the address and the add and said i couldn't get same day service.  So i just left and looked on the map asap and called maverick . They said same day before 9am and i was there 3 minutes before 9am and made it just in time!! So I'm glad it all worked out in the end!

Beware and take my advice and avoid this business.  I was a loyal and devoted customer for the past 10+ years and actually lived through 3 different ownerships.  Never had any issues or voiced any complaints.  Recently, I noticed that 4 of my brand new dress shirts were torn in the SAME exact location so I left my phone number with staff for the owner to call me.   Presuming that I have been a loyal and devoted customer for a long time and also had numerous casual conversations with the owner, I expected to receive a call from the owner but never did.  I finally bumped into the owner while he was tending the store and he simply provided me with a list of endless excuses why he wasn't going to reimburse me for the torn shirts.  I do hope you take my advice and take your business elsewhere.

I have been using these cleaners for several years but the last time I was there I encountered a very rude woman who after I asked if I could get my dry cleaned shirts starched she very rudely answered that only laundered shirts get starch. In all the years I have been using this business they always starched my shirts. I don't mind paying extra but they did it without any upcharge. When I came back to pick up my clothes about 3 shirts out of the 6 I  brought in were not ironed at all! Sweaters were also hung from the hanger like they were shirts. All other times I had brought in sweaters they were folded and then hung. This is the last time I use this business. There are too many other dry cleaners out there that I'm sure will treat me and my clothes much better than this establishment.

The lady that works here is so nice, she helped me start my washer. Everything is with card so you payed them first and they'll use a card to pay the machine. Everything inside smells so good and even the restroom is looking spotless. I had a great experience here at this Laundromat. The rides here tend to break down, start shaking, then fill up with water. All that's pretty annoying but overall one of the better theme parks ive been too.

The facility smelled of rotten eggs when we came in. Likely from old soap residue or even moisture, but I have never encountered a stinky laundromat. It was not welcoming at all. Also, l don't like the process of waiting for the attendant to start each machine. Overall, not a good experience.

A nice lady who runs it but she's not always there and you need the attendant to start the machines which is inconvenient since they are always there I went around 12:20pm today the sign said open and I was waiting for someone and had to leave and go somewhere else.

I will say to not judge this place by its cover. The lady who owns the place has been here over 20 years, super nice and runs the place well. And this was my first time here! This is one of only 2 laundromats in the immediate area. I'm glad I went in to check it out.

She also takes cash! You can give her quarters but the system they use is a card so you pay them and they start the machine for you. Convenient for those like me who always have to get out cash and break up a bill lol will be back while I'm in the area.

Neither the accepting person nor I realized that one end of the cummerbund belt was laced only so the buckle and sliding clips were missing when I picked it up.  The Comet Cleaner staff were very helpful in searching and finding the missing parts to help avoid a claim.  Gabriella and her afternoon cohort were excellent and very professional. Don’t really like Not being able  to use coupons from their website when picking up dry cleaning. Apparently it has to be presented at time of drop off which seems sort of irrelevant if the coupons have an expiration date regardless of you use them during drop off or pickup . . 9.50 a shirt is really expensive and when I picked up my eight polo shirts I was met with a 76 dollar bill.i was not impressed .

The young woman that helped me on 02/04/25 (she’s usually there in the evenings, and I feel guilty that I don’t remember her name), was awesome as usual.

She’s always professional, courteous, friendly, and fast. I could use a dozen employees like her, right now.

But, I can’t stand your new hours closing at 6 pm on weekdays, the earlier close on Saturdays doesn’t affect me. Please bring back 7 pm closings and keep up the otherwise great service and excellent staff hirings!

Dafne and Jordan are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The quality is good, although they have used excessive starch lately. Unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill with the new management. They raised their prices and curtailed their hours, but instead of cutting morning hours when the people who can actually afford dry cleaning on a regular basis can't come, they cut the evening hours which are best for those of us who work. This seems rather odd since you would think that they would keep the evening hours and cut the morning hours to better cater to regular customers who mostly work during regular business hours. So do they expect me to buy more clothes since I can't come after work anymore and have to come on weekends or find another cleaners with better hours? Also, it takes a lot longer now to get our cleaning back. For example, when I drop my cleaning off on Thursday evening, it is not ready until the next Monday at closing time, which is now an hour earlier so I can't make it there after work. Apparently, management is blissfully unaware that clothes dropped off late on Thursday are not ready until closing time on Monday and they claim the clothes will be ready the next day.

I always dreamed of owning a Laundromat…I had the opportunity of meeting good customer service as well …I hadn’t been in a laundromat in years …Kayla made my experience great …I brought a bag of Quarters expecting to use to wash 😁 . But Kayla showed me how to get a card and use the machine to load the card….facility was nice and clean .Today was a good day 😎

Best laundromat I've been to.  Spotless big washer is $6.75 and small one $4.75.  Not packed and great service.  You can get a laundry card so you never have to worry about having cash.  They have a nice seating area.

Visiting from out of town and popped in for a quick wash. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even offering us complimentary bottled water because it was a hot day.  They showed us how to get a laundry card and how to use the machines. There is plenty of seating areas, including an area tucked away with a TV, comfy benches and a vending machine.

This has to be the cleanest and most efficient laundromat that I’ve been to. Washer can’t handle heavy loads at home, so decided to keep it simple and stress less while working on a solution and found this place. Always clean, staff is friendly, waiting area is pleasant, and snacks are reasonably priced. A wide variety of machines to handle almost any load, so your work will be easy. Plenty of carts and sorting/folding tables as well.

I would visit this location years ago when I lived nearby! I have since moved outside of SA, but found myself traveling and passing the area. I dropped a few items off to be cleaned, mostly t-shirts. When I went to pick up my items, they initially said they couldn't find my shirts. Around 20 minutes later, they were found near the front counter. I was advised the items were placed there due to a t-shirt being damaged during the cleaning process. I wasn't upset, just initially worried they misplaced everything.

Then I thought, in the two-plus weeks that the shirts were waiting for me to pick up, why wasn't I called and informed about the issue since management was aware of it?

Anyway, I was told they would reimburse me for the shirt. Which initially I wasn't worried about and told them it was an old shirt but never worn. Long story short, I ordered a $20 t-shirt, gave them the receipt, but once again never heard back from management. I try to visit locally owned places, but you've got to do better!

This cleaners takes pride and care in the customers clothing. They will inform the customer of what is best for types of material etc. Buttons are protected , belts, zippers also. I love this cleaners the name fits perfectly QUALITY ! I highly recommend.

I took four pants in to be tapered at the waist. This was my first time using their services. The seams were not lined up properly. It looked as though I did it myself. Three of the pants were taken in too much. I brought them back. They tried to fix it. However the seams wee still not correct. They were better than before but still noticeable. I wonder why they didn't check it before my return to make sure it was fixed properly. On another pair they messed up that  back pocket section  so I see a bunch of stitching that wasn't there before. I won't be using their services again. My pants cost a lot of money and now they look like irregular pants that you bought on discount due the irregularity. I am terribly disappointed that a simple fix could not be addressed properly. I paid then to fix the pants not damage them.

Have always don’t a good job with my suits. Even in a pinch they press a shirt or pair of pants for me on the spot. They’re great here.

Absolutely awesome service. It was my first time using a dry clean service and they were very helpful, friendly, and cost-effective. My clothes were ready in exactly 24 hours and uad no issues picking them up. I'll be using them forever now!

First time to visit this cleaners. The gentleman at the front desk has been there for more than 20 years. His helper was a wonderful lady who gave sage advice. I had a tea-length dress with puffy sleeves and they did a beautiful job. I will definitely use them in the future!

Location on Jones malts did a extremely good job! Jeans can stand by themselves and they were actually washed and it only took 24hrs! I highly recommend them,  Dutch boys should be honored to be apart of their operation. They could learn a thing or 2!
