Fountain City Laundry

This is the nicest laundromat I've ever seen. I have never lived by myself before and my apartment has no laundry I did not know how to begin doing laundry at a place like this. Fortunately, Dale guided me through it and was very friendly and helpful. I'm so relieved to have found this place and Dale! 10 stars!

I honestly absolutely LOVE this this location. It’s always clean and the owner and his brother in law really make it a wonderful place! The owner is incredibly easy to get ahold of it anything happens. His brother in law is often cleaning when we are here and he’s so so so kind!! You also have free WiFi and snacks at reasonable costs! Lastly you never ever have to worry about feeling unsafe! There’s cameras and they have someone paying attention to them, so knowing that if by chance I have to come alone, I know that I am pretty safe. And honestly if I ever felt unsafe here during the day, again the owner is easily reachable if there’s concern. We appreciate this place very much!

The facility is clean and safe. WiFi available to their customers . Lounge area with snacks and laundry items .. ie… detergent, dryer sheets . Thank you for providing this neighborhood with a clean facility.

Nice laundromat. I like that they have an option to get a card instead of having to just do quarters. It’s very clean and the people who run it seem nice

We have a 9 x 12 washable rug and this laundry mat is the only one in Knoxville that has a machine large enough as far as I know. It is clean, easy to use and has been here forever!
