Bluewater Laundry

I don’t know how this place has over 4 stars! It was dirty! Washers had fur and debris in them. The dryers had gravel and dirt in them. And even though I put the dryer on the lowest setting, it melted my scrubs!!!!! And clothes were so wrinkled straight out of the dryer! Terrible experience!!!!

Christmas at Bluewater Laundry! They have 2 washers for 10 loads, 2 washers for 8 loads, 4 for 6 loads, and many smaller machines. Plenty of dryers and seats. Several tables. Game machines, bathrooms, snack machines. Very clean. The machines take credit cards.

Great place to do laundry. The attendant was constantly cleaning and keep the place looking good. Machines are sturdy and usable. The have three load types. Two loads, four loads and 8 loads. Good wall of dryers and change machines. I enjoyed my experience here.

Bluewater Laundry is far and away the best place to do laundry in Knoxville for these reasons: 1) The place is ALWAYS clean 2) The machines are always in working order 3) It's laid out very nicely with plenty of tables for relaxing, some video games and claw machines, ceiling mounted televisions everywhere, and lots of tables for folding clothes 4) Always clean restrooms, which are for paying CUSTOMERS only 5) Last but not least, there is ALWAYS an attendant present, which is great for me. April who works there is my laundry guru and always helps me no matter how silly my question might be. I have yet to meet an employee who isn't friendly and helpful. I can't tell you how many times I've been to unattended laundromats where people will just wonder in and hang out or use the bathroom and leave. Bluewater is the only place that I will go to after dark because I always feel safe there. At others, I've had to bring my dog inside with me just to let folks know that I'm protected. I love this laundromat!!

By far the very best laundromat in the area!!! The machines take cards!!! They have some large machines that can handle 8 loads in one go which is SO nice to get it all done in one go. Dryers work pretty fast. The space is clean and has tables for my kids to sit and eat snacks! They have the most festive fun Christmas decorations up! This place makes me feel like I’m on a family outing instead of doing chores. So grateful I found this one!
