Great great great place to go very clean inside the people are amazing and the washer and dryers are awesome as well just a really good place for sure.

They did fine cleaning my dress shirts and slacks but it was on the pricey side. The main reason for a 2 star review is that they closed early and left me without my dress clothes for an important weekend. I had to go purchase new clothes for the weekend. When I came to pick up my clothes I explained the situation, explained that they closed early from their posted hours. I asked for at least a discount and let him decide how he wanted to operate his business. He did give me a $1.19 off my clothes….. I won’t be coming here again

I love this place. They do a great job of cleaning clothes. But I also taken things regularly to get repaired. Their seamstress does a wonderful job of patching holes and giving our clothes a little bit longer life.

They do good work, but it is on the expensive side

Beware!! I really wanted to like the cleaners because it’s one of the closer ones to where I live in East Knoxville. However after giving them multiple chances, it was not meant to be. If you want a simple cleaning of a coat or a shirt that doesn’t have stains on it, I’m sure they’ll do fine. However, they don’t do well cleaning around cuffs or neck lines on shirts and most definitely do NOT ask for them to sew a button back on!! I had a “hidden” button on a coat that was loose. Instead of fixing it so that you wouldn’t see the thread on the other side of the coat, they pulled the thread through and made a big ball of thread that was very noticeable. I could have done that myself and I would not have charged myself $5 for one button!! To make it worse, instead of trying to understand what I wanted, the lady at the counter said “we can’t do two different threads”. If you want something done right, I would not recommend this place.
