The customer service was amazing! I called ahead to a few spots in the area to see pricing for wedding dress cleaning and preservation. I felt great about the price and their explanation of the process. When I received my preserved dress back I thought it looked fabulous! They put them in a great protected travel box and a beautiful box with a window for me to see my dress and veil. I was very happy with the finished product!

My regular dry cleaner recently closed. Google led me here to have tayloring done. I had a dress with a tear in the seem about 1 inch long. They charged me $20! Will not be back.

Denied us for a pant repair saying its not worth repairing just to buy new. Quoted us $25 to repair, told her they are $60 pair of pants. After my wife got off the phone with me and said please repair them she replied with just tell him we denied the repair. Did the same thing with the customer in front of her about a shoe repair. Same excuse its not worth it... Last I checked it doesn't matter what they think it's worth, it matters what it's worth to the customer. Very rude, lazy, and unprofessional. Will not return for future dry cleaning.

I would recommend this dry cleaners to anyone, I drop my suit off for a funeral for Saturday on a Thursday night by Friday it was ready for pick up!!! The suit was not overly pressed, it was clean and all makeup stains had been removed…
