Tide Cleaners

I have loved this Cleaner since my first experience. They are totally customer service oriented and give me options that no other cleaner has in the past. It convenient and I've never had a garment returned with a problem. They even found items I left in my pockets and made sure they were securely returned. This week when I dropped off they gave me a time for pickup that would have made a business meeting problem for me. I requested a rush on some items and they completely took care if it without a problem. It wasn't thier problem it was mine and yet they owned it. Can't say enough about them. I'm a customer for life.

This location ruined two dresses and did not return a fallen button! I've been using Tide for years but previously at the Henderson location. I never had an issue. Recently, I dropped off six pieces to be cleaned. Two of them were royal blue and white dresses; they were returned to me royal blue and grey! One clearly has black marks that were not present when I dropped the dress off. I wasn't given the courtesy of having this damage marked, shown, discussed, etc. when I picked up my order today (I won't even get into them not being able to find my order because the employee misspelled my name). When I called to speak to a manager moments ago, I was told there is no manager in today, and the employee didn't know when the manager would be available. That might be a fundamental problem in how business is being done here. The missing button is not the biggest of issues, but in the past, I've had that acknowledged at pick up and the button returned. Pictures show discoloration and damage along with tags that are clearly labeled "Dry Clean Only." Not only will I not return to Tide, I will encourage people to avoid this business at all costs.

I have started using tide dry cleaners since July 2024 and I have been very happy with their service. The shirts a perfectly ironed and the buttons are not broken from pressing them too hard. I haven’t had to return any item to be fixed or cleaned again. I love that I can drive up to their for Or whatever the weather and they are extremely courteous and friendly. I recommend them.

LOVE this cleaners! i have used them for years and never had a problem. They used to clean my uniforms for work before i retired and they were always done very nicely and on time. Now i use them for personal items and the staff is always friendly and the store is clean and always smells fresh (as do my clothes).

They post same day/next day service but fail to advertise that doesn't apply to Friday Saturday or Sunday. I dropped off clothing and it was returned with stains on it. I'm not saying they caused the stains but they should have at least addressed the stains even if they contacted me and wanted to charge extra.
