Bluegrass Cleaners

Every time I have used Bluegrass Cleaners, they are quick, reliable, and inexpensive. I highly recommend them. I felt the need to leave this review because I swung by yesterday to pick up some items I dropped off for cleaning two days prior. When I got there, there was a customer in front of me that was incredibly rude and difficult with the young man who was working. Listening to the exchange for nearly 10 minutes, I can say the young man handled the situation very professionally, going above and beyond to diffuse the situation and apologize repeatedly (even though he was not at fault) to the irrational customer. I wanted to drop this review to not only give a shout out to Bluegrass Cleaners, but also to commend the employee for his job well done

Bluegrass Cleaners always does an excellent job on our clothing. Quick turnaround, exceptionally friendly staff, and quality work. Today they went above and beyond. I’d dropped off a suit in a hurry, and completely forgotten to check the pockets. Within ten minutes of dropoff, I received a phone call in which the wonderful young lady informed me I had left cash and a check in the pockets. She quoted the exact amount of both. It would have been very easy to say it must have fallen out while I was carrying it in, or to simply say she hadn’t found anything in the pockets. But she was honest and upstanding, and did what a lot of people might not have. She has won my loyalty to this business for as long as I live in Lexington.

I have found the only dry cleaners I’ll ever take my clothes to! I first found it because it was close to home and had the best reviews. I was not disappointed in the least! Besides being reasonably priced they also had wonderful customer service. I had my baby with me and carrying clothes out to the car was tricky. The manager carried them out for me. Also, I had been searching for a place to get my dress cleaned. They gave me a great quote! The lowest out of any cleaners in Lexington. When I got my dress back it was in pristine condition! This is the only dry cleaners you’ll ever need! Thank you Bluegrass Cleaners!

They helped me get my son's suit pressed at the last minute! No one else would help me. Amazon was late delivering his suit for our formal pictures. I really appreciated how nice they were. Love this place!!
