Splash 'Em Out Laundromat

Was in last week attendant left for a bit ...so the customers started discussing their experiences.....Everyone LOVED Rhonda....we talked about how friendly she was...how nice and engaging...one man said if the large machines were busy he'd wait if Rhonda was there ..otherwise he would just go elsewhere...I've managed stores and I am currently in customer service. Rhonda is an employee I would work hard to keep ...good customer service is so important. I've used the Pimlico location for years through three owners and many employees.....when multiple customers love an employee you have a winner!!!! Customer don't just like her.. They REALLY like and appreciate her!

First time here and will never return. Attendant is extremely rude and short-tempered, both to myself and other users. I cannot believe the amount of growth in the washing machine gaskets. Cockroaches, poor A/C (it is absolutely stifling in here), broken machines and leaking machines, and an overall unwelcoming environment from attendant

Needed a place to do lots of laundry and I’m glad that I came to this location. The attendant was friendly and informative. There were plenty of carts. There is a small table for children and a bucket of toys for them too. Could use some more seating but for such a small location, it was good.

Barbara was awesome I forgot my sheets and she made sure they were folded and taken care of and kept safe thanks so much love it here!

Great and got sum hope from the that gets threw the day sum days when the world has beat me down. The lady that works at pimlico just asks how my day is or the way she is with her customers is awesome. I just wanted to let Mrs jen know I appreciate her and when I get back on my feet I want to be like her. Thanks again Jenn.
