Very clean, well stocked and accessibility is great. The best asset by far is thier star employee Matti! Friendly helpful and professional. To her boss, good employees are very hard to find, she deserves a raise! Anyplace else is just another laundromat 5 stars all day long! Great job! - Mr Beach, finally have clean clothes! I went for the first time yesterday to do my laundry. I can honestly say I felt very welcome. As soon as I came in I wasn’t sure what washers to use or how the system worked. A lady named Janie came right up to me smiling explaining everything to me in the most easiest way she could, even informing me about the bigger washers! She explained their card system very well to me! She was polite and was doing work the whole time I was there and willing to answer any and all question I may have had! The store was clean and looking very well taken care of! You rock Janie! Thank you for the experience and I’ll be coming here more often!

Suds n duds saves me everytime. I'm a busy mom and when I get behind I'll take my 5,000# of laundry there. Always great. They even found money I didn't know about and put it back in my basket. 10/10 recommend

One of the dryer high heat is not working. They put the sign at the heat level button. Picture attached After I swiped the card, and push the start button, then I saw the sign. They could put the sign on the handle or glass, which are much easier for customer to see. I asked the worker to move me from that broken dryer to a functioning one, the worker said ‘I can’t refund’. I’m not asking for a refund I’m asking for an exchange. This kind of thing happened twice already, they always keep the ‘broken’ sign somewhere hard to see then refuse to fix. I feel like I got scammed. Although it’s only a few bucks I feel like you could have done better

My washer broke. Used 2 30-pound front loaders....$3.95 each. There are larger and smaller machines with higher and lower prices. Laundry attendant semi-helpful. If it's your first time, you'll wonder about which and how many machines to use. Once you determine that, add up the prices on the front of the machines you use and buy a laundry card for that amount at the card purchase station. You'll insert the card in the washer/dryer to activate it.
