Not coming again. Worst customer service person that working there has very bad attitude. There machines are not working properly. One machine is out of order they did not label properly. I put my 3 dollar in machine. But machine was not working I asked worker can you give me my money back so that I use the another machine he said I cannot open it and I cannot call my manager for your $3. I will recommend everyone please don’t go there. If there is option for 0 star I will give that.

Well the lady working here is nice, however completely jam packed and customer s have zero respect for anyone but themselves. Not coming back again… If you want to do laundry at a circus this is where to come

2019-08-21 changing from 5 to 3stars. The lady with curly hair working nights is not welcoming. She doesnt want to change our bills be cause she 'thinks' we have enough, not knowing we have tons of this blankets to wash. 2018-12-15 The lady at the desk assisted me pleasantly, being a first time user of coin laundry she explained how to start the machine and which machines are best for my duvet and blanket. The place is easy to find. Fairly clean. I visited 8am Saturday so there were only 2 persons before me. Parking space right infront of the laundry. Machine wash (I believe for 30 minutes) costs $5 for heavy capacity machines, $3 for medium load and $2.50 for top loading machines. Their dryers are .25c per 4 minutes. I brought my detergents and sheets but they have available supplies if needed. The place was easy to find, lots of parking space available. There was a waiting area for your laundry inside as well. They also provide dry cleaning services. Because of the nuce reception the lady showed me during my visit, I will definitely use this business again.

Didn’t even want to give 1 star. There was just one lady sitting at the counter who didn’t want to help. I went there first time as it was mu horrible experience ever. Lady didn’t want to help , she was busy on her phone so I had to knock the window to talk her. As she didn’t move from her chair, when I asked question about laundry machine, she was just mumbling that I couldn’t understand. I asked her 2-3 time id she can speak louder as I couldn’t hear because of the machines. I was so disappointed. I’d never ho there ever. She shouldn’t be there if she doesn’t like her job.

I have gone here multiple times, I never have a problem, I do my large load of laundry & dry it, fold it, pack it & leave. I usually use a triple load machine and have no problems, my cloths come out clean go in the dryer which is great high heat & dry good & takes maybe 45 minutes to 60 minutes but with a large amount of jeans, shirts & socks. The 2 ladies who work here they own it, they are always good when I go, I see all these negative comments & think it’s just people trying to run there laundry business down with bad comments so that they can put them out of business & then buy it. One person comments I’ll call the police, the police only deal with criminal matters & your laundry is not a criminal matter genuis!!
