Bright Cleaners

We've been coming here for a long time, ownership changed recently it seems and the past several times we've had issues with shrinkage of clothes (which shouldn't happen) and stains not being removed. They tried to deny the shrinkage as well.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to for this. This is the second time I’ve been here to get a suit dry cleaned and both times it has come back smelling weird. I thought the first time was just a bad day but it happened again. My white shirt had a stain that wasn’t fully removed I brought it back 10 seconds after walking out when I noticed it and she said she can’t do anything about it. The person ahead of me also complained about the same thing and the girl at the counter just says next to nothing and charges full price. I also paid full price for my suit coming back smelling very weird and my shirt still being stained. There was also a random dirt line/mark on the sleeve as well that wasn’t there from before. Shirt was also not well. Customer service is non existent here. Definitely do not recommend getting any stuff dry cleaned here.

Do yourself a favour and don’t go to them. I took some of my husband’s clothes and they were all still dirty and they burnt one or his sweaters.

Sorry to say this, but I don't recommend any kind of alterations. They have no knowledge and ruined my son's very expensive joggers

I love this drycleaner!! by far the best one i’ve been too over the years. Came in with many suits with tough stains and got them back as brand new!! great service and lovely staff! I highly recommend! :)
