Ritz Dry Cleaners

I brought in 2 sets of expensive custom curtains for dry cleaning. They were lightly soiled at the bottoms but otherwise in good condition. After picking them up and unpacking them, I immediately noticed there were large, deep stains across the top lining of all four curtain panels — stains that were not there when I brought them in. I showed the photos to the staff, and was told, “Oh, we thought you knew those were there.” They never called to alert me, nor did they mention anything when I picked them up. That response alone tells me they knew damage had occurred and hoped I wouldn’t notice. The stains are now permanent. They refunded nothing, offered no solution, and were dismissive when I expressed concern. If you’re bringing anything of value to this business, be aware that they do not take responsibility for damage and appear to lack transparency with customers. I’m deeply disappointed and sharing this to prevent others from experiencing the same.

I have been using Ritz Cleaners for 2 years and find the service to be exceptional. The owners and staff are extremely friendly. The service is prompt , priced well and on time.

Staff are amazing. They do a great job cleaning our suits,uniforms and quilts. Wouldn't take our business anywhere else. Thanks to everyone for the great service.

I had bad big splashes of tea stains on my white denim pants and I took it to them, they cleaned it so well, they did a fantastic job. It looked like there was no stain that ever happened. Amazing service.

I saw a review of someone taking their Moose Knuckle bomber in so i chose this dry cleaners for mine! Take your luxury clothing here they will take great care of it!! I'm very happy with my decision. The prices are the best as well.
