We come on holidays close to here every other year and have always used this laundry service! Staff have always been so friendly and have (on the odd occasion we were running low on clean clothes) put a rush on our wash and got things back to us in a speedy time.
Price is good and reasonable and we have always got all socks back in pairs.

Checked the opening times before travelling 8 miles to be told that they wouldn’t take in my duvet to be cleaned. They were only open for pickups. I explained the distance that I had travelled but she point blank refused. The closing time was 8pm. This was at 6.15pm

Had an issue with the posted hours. The owner responded about the confusion. Things happen. Hours have since been updated. I didn't get to wash my clothes there, but the place seemed nice. Thank you for responding and clarify the situation.

Edit: Went in the following morning to wash my clothes. Spoke with the owner. She was very nice and explained everything again.

They shrunk my jacket in the cleaning process and the manager denied it had shrunk because he couldn't pull handfuls of lining out at the cuff. I tried the jacket on to demonstrate that the sleeves were now about 3 inches above my wrist and I could barely fasten the jacket ( this had been a loose boxy style jacket that I had previously been able to wear a chunky cable knit jumper under).  He insisted it hadn't shrunk quoting his point about the lining - how insulting is that when you only had to look at the garment on me?
Jacket unwearable. All I got was £8 cleaning fee returned - jacket cost £120 when new and this was first time cleaned! No responsibility taken whatsoever by management.

Was told they are only for customers who use both washers & dryers. I offered to pay for both services but only use the dryers and wasn't allowed as it 'wasn't fair'. There were more than half of the machines available with nobody using them.

Washed all my clothes and took them to the launderette to dry as my heating wasnt working the place was empty the very unhelpful staff told me i wasn’t allowed to use the drier unless i washed my clothes there first because apparently u cant dry your clothes at the launderette anymore. Is that not the entire point of its existence. Went to a different one didn't have any problems at all.

Used to be modern warm cosy launderette. Know looks tired and run down but still has enough machines if you go in at right time, just happened to be busy when we were there.
There are 4 normal sized machines at £6 (30 min wash), only 1 larger machine  (1 has been removed and not replaced) at £8, and 3 large capacity machines at £10 (40 minute wash).
There are 5 dryers and 3 extra large dryers, all machines are 20p to start but they take 50p/£1 coins from then. Takes £2 for 20 mins and that was enough to dry a double duvet.
Place looked messy as there were a lot of service washes waiting to be done.
Service person was helpful with change and detergent if required.

Excellent laundromat! Came in to do some washing and drying while travelling Scotland from New Zealand. Man and women running the laundromat were super lovely and helpful. I had cash and they swapped it for coins for the machines for me. Paid 8 pound for a slightly bigger wash and 2 or 3 pound for the dryer was plenty. Wash took about 35 mins and dryer about 45 mins. The detergent for the wash also automatically goes in the machine so didn’t need to worry about buying some which is great when you’re travelling. Lovely man offered me a tea and biscuit while I waited for laundry. Will be back again if need to do another load of washing.

Great service. Sent a pair of New Balance in to get cleaned up as I always wreck the suede when I try it. Courier collected and dropped off (nicest person ever!) absolute zero effort needed from me. Delighted with the result (see before and after photos) and will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Title: Disappointing Service Experience

I recently had an experience with this service that left me extremely disappointed. I specifically requested new laces for my trainers, but they were returned without any laces. Additionally, there were still visible dirt marks at the top of the trainers, which was quite frustrating.

For £35, I expected a much better outcome, especially considering how well the service is showcased in their promotional videos. While I do want to acknowledge that the lady who picked up and dropped off my trainers was lovely, the overall service did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this service based on my experience.

Fantastic shop. Went in to drop some shoes off for a clean and ended up walking out with a new pair of shoes. Extremely friendly and no pushy sales. The staff were brilliant with my 2 year old daughter too! I’ll be back next time I’m in Glasgow.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dry cleaning business. I brought in a set of clothes, including some delicate items, and when I picked them up, they were ruined. The worst part? They claimed that ink from one of the items bled onto my other clothes, but instead of taking responsibility, they said it was *my* fault. No apology, no offer of compensation—just a pathetic, "Sorry, not our fault." It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way when you're the one who ends up with ruined clothes. Stay far away from this place unless you want your clothes destroyed and your money wasted.

Great service. My washing machine’s faulty and I got bed linen and towels service dried and folded for £10 ready to collect in less than 2 hours on a Saturday which is great value and service I think. Very helpful advice too, regarding what could be wrong with my washing machine!

Yesterday we did same thing 2 black bags roughly same amount of clothes but we're charged an extra £10 and some stuff came back wet disappointed

Bad for parking, but the service was excellent. 2 baskets done in a day. Very much well worth it.

Lost all my clothes. Gave them to someone else. I handed in 2 weeks of laundry and they tried to give me back two old tracksuit bottoms and a couple of towels. That was 2 weeks ago. The owner seems quite relaxed about it. I've handed in a claim for compensation, but he's gone on holiday for a week.
