I do not recommend this place. Instead of placing the cleaners note on the tag of the dress they placed a MASSIVE pin right in the middle of the front of the dress. I told them when i dropped off the dress that it was vintage and very expensive. In my opinion I felt like they did it on purpose. And yes I can still see where they put the safety pin. The dress belonged to my mother and not only is it expensive but it has sentimental value. Truly HORRIBLE what they did to my dress.

I had no idea I could LOVE my dry cleaning service, but here I am.  I came your way after being frustrated with another dry cleaner just down the road who was charging me almost TWO DOLLARS MORE per shirt.  AND THEN I find out you have a drive up window, incredible service, AND you offer free pickup and delivery to my home!!!!  This is where it's at Y'all.  So happy to have found a cleaner who cares enough to communicate well and offers competitive pricing!!

Was out of area for a business meeting. I called ahead to verify they had same day service and when I arrived Monday they did.  Same Day service is in by 9am and ready at 5. They did a great job on my suit and provided great customer service.

New Brand Cleaners is my go-to for all my dry cleaning needs! The service is great and quick! I highly recommend!

Lapels Dry Cleaning

I tried using the service while I’m staying in town at the Hilton. I will say dropping off was very easy, but unfortunately you didn’t know the cost or the prices of anything until you picked up. I also was not happy with how quickly they had turnaround service because I dropped my clothes off Tuesday and didn’t get them back until Friday after four. It would’ve been cheaper and faster just to use the laundry service in the hotel so anyone looking to use the service in the Brentwood area would be better advised to check with their hotel first because it’s probably faster and cheaper

Love the convenience of Lapels, which allows me to drop off and pick up as desired. The self service kiosk makes it easy and my clothing is always returned on time. The service is great and my clothes always look perfect. Highly recommend.

These guys were fantastic! I thought I would be completely intimidated by the computerized format, but it was actually quite easy. But what was REALLY wonderful was the work they did on preserving my daughter‘s wedding dress and my wedding dress, that was stained and 38 years old! This was not done through the computerized system they use with regular cleaning but with an attendant, that was extremely helpful. I had tried two other places to get the stains out and neither was successful.  In my final attempt I used Lapels and it came back completely flawless. It cost a little bit extra to get it done (due to the age of the stains) but so worth it. The preservation box and presentation is beautiful!  I highly recommend!

Excellent service! I come here often and I am always impressed with the service provided. Everything comes back as it should, sparkling clean and pressed. Whether it’s jackets, dress clothes or my old Military uniform's, I know Lapels will give my clothes the attention to detail they require.

This was my 1st time using this service and I was a little apprehensive about it. It was not difficult to figure out and retrieving my dry-cleaned items was easy.  They email/text you when your clothes are ready.  (They have someone on duty during the day for any issues or questions) To be honest, it was easy and I will use this company going forward. The 24hr service is really handy.  Enjoy!

Brentwood Cleaners

I dropped one pair of pants, the person gave me a ticket with no price, I asked how much was the pants he told me 4.75.  when I picked up my pants 3 days later he told me 9.32 I asked how did it go up so high I tried to pay and he said he won’t accept my clothes any more.  price needs to be on the receipt ticket.  A 16 year Naval veteran who has fought for this country I can’t get my clothes ironed and press. Can’t believe I get treated like this in my own country.  V/r jd

Heritage Cleaners

Our clothes are always expertly cared for here, whether they are undergoing alteration or being cleaned.  Connie genuinely cares about providing excellent service and gives careful attention to detail.  We have utilized this shop so often that my kids don't refer to the store as "the cleaners." Instead, we "go see Aunt Connie."

This place has ruined 4 button down shirts of mine in the last 2 months. The first time there were bleach splotches on one shirt and another shirt was completely discolored.  They gave me a credit for the shirt that was completely discolored and tried to fix the one with splotches. I came back to use my credit and although they fixed the splotched shirt, 3 of my other shirts had holes  either by the cuff or elbow. I tend to blow out elbows on shirts, so I was fine letting that rip go, but all 3 shirts also had holes near the cuff that were completely their fault. The holes were in the exact same spot on all shirts - not in a spot of stress that typically gets worn. When I asked them about it, they tried to tell me that I brought them in that way, which is absurd. They clearly clipped them together and snagged them on something. They refused to give me money back or a credit. I will never be coming back here - I'm now out $400 in shirts. If you value your clothes, I would not bring them here.

Be aware, I had 3 pair of scrub pants hemmed and tapered and the price was triple what I was quoted. The quoted price was per pair, not total, $156.00 total cost. Who would spend that amount of money to alter an $18 pair of pants? I will never ever return!

I was extremely happy initially that this shop
would adjust my wife’s dress for her maternity photo shoot.  However, the did alterations in places they weren’t supposed to and then didn’t complete the alterations correctly in the places where they were actually needed.  I would not
Recommend them for any alterations.

Will never go back. Called to ask how much it would cost to have a suit coat dry-cleaned. Was told the price. I then went in with my suit coat and also presented a coupon that was on their website. I was told that I wouldn't get the full discount amount of the coupon, but that she would give me a 10% discount. I should have left at that moment, but I didn't. When I returned to pick up my item, I had the coupon with me again and I pressed the issue this time. The lady told me that they didn't accept that coupon at their location and that she would give me a 10% discount. I showed her on the coupon itself where it said that it was accepted at all Heritage Cleaners locations. On top of everything else, she ended up charging me a higher price than she originally told me and then added the discount to that amount. Ended up paying $12.53 when it should have been much less. Needless to say, I won't be back. I took my sport coat to another cleaners in Brentwood a few month later and only paid $7 to have it cleaned. I sure won't be back!
