I have consistently had a positive experience with Prestige Cleaners. Dropping off and picking up my items is always smooth and organized. I especially want to recognize Robin, Laisa, Gail, Connie, and Julita for their professionalism and attention to detail. They are always friendly, helpful, and respectful of your time. The quality of the cleaning has been reliable; my clothes come back in excellent condition clean, well pressed, and carefully handled. They take pride in their work without overdoing anything or cutting corners. I appreciate having a place I can count on. Thank you to the entire team for making the process easy and dependable.

I took a dress to Prestige to have it hemmed. It came about 3 inches below my knee and I asked for it to be taken up around 2 inches above my knee…so around 5 inches total. She asked if I wanted it cleaned/pressed and told her no, just hemmed.I have had clothes hemmed before and it was around $20 or so. I go to pick the dress up and to my surprise (not in a good way) I was charged $50! I must have looked appalled because the lady checking me out asked me if the seamstress had given me an estimate when I dropped it off. I told her no, but that I have never paid that much for just hemming. She said “sorry” and looked at me like she thought it was a lot also but stood and looked at me until I ran my card. I have a friend who gets alterations there and she said she had a dress hemmed, the sides taken in, and had it dry cleaned and pressed but was charged $60, so why then was I charged $50 for hem only? I had no choice but to pay it if I wanted my dress. Worst part…when I got home and tried my dress on, it wasn’t even taken up above my knee so I’m not sure what I was charged for! I know it will be my last alterations there.

My beautiful red jacket had gotten white paint on it one night about 3 years ago. Prestige Cleaners did a wonderful job getting all the paint off!! It looks brand new!! Thank you very much for restoring my jacket!!

When I brought in my clothing I was told that it would be ready in two days. It took longer than expected. And the price was higher than expected. If you are not in a hurry to get your clothing or pay a high price, then this place works.

Very professional, friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job sewing a decorative patch on a denim jacket. I would recommend Prestige to anyone in Knoxville for cleaning and alterations
